The location was excellent, right next to the zoo, which made our visit very convenient. The restaurant in the hotel was great, and all the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely zoo-themed design with fun details such as parrots in the room décor and a crocodile in the bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel felt a little budget-oriented in some areas. There was a kettle in the room but only two tea bags provided. In the bathroom, there were only two bath towels and one hand towel for two guests; it would have been nice to have more towels available. I also think the zoo theme could have been developed even further. The beds felt somewhat worn and not as comfortable as expected.

The hotel is located near the Zoo, also there are some trams which easily could bring you to the city centre. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Also, the hotel was cheap, so probably you should not expect a lot for the such price...
We travelled during easter time and the restaurant didn't work (and didn't work for the next day Monday, so no way to eat, you need to go to the city to find smth to eat). Also, the internet works only if your tv is turned on (as tv works like wifi hotspot, so it's extremally inconvenient). Some of our towels were quite gray (they were clean, but looks like pretty old)
