Very clean and well equipped room.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
For the .only. I expected the room to be cleaned each day.
I had to ask for fresh towels and coffee.
The bed and dirty coffee cups were not changed.

Possibly the most comfortable hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. Super clean room. Had a wonderful dinner downstairs at the Banded Goose, and took the pint glasses from the room for a BOGO offer as suggested. They truly thought of every detail, down to the luscious shampoo and shower gel they selected for the rooms.
The stairs are epic and not for someone frail or with a medical condition, but the facility was very upfront about that before arrival.
