Accommodated with 2 new 50 inch smart tvs, high-speed internet, Tempur-Pedic king-sized master bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tub, shower, additional murphy bed with queen mattress, ceiling fans, and lanai wet bar. With a spacious balcony and living area there is plentiful space to entertain or just relax and wind down. Wake up in the morning to the sights and sounds of outrigger canoe clubs practicing for the next race and allow our beautiful sunsets to take your breath away. The owners of Unit#210 consistently make changes to ensure the properties physical integrity is upheld with comfortable and brightly colored furniture in the dining and living room along with fans. The dining room has a granite topped peninsula and beautiful lights as well!
The lanai has a small table with 4 chairs and two chaise lounges!
**There is No Elevator in the complex
**There are a decent amount of stairs to get up to the Top Floor. The views make up for it!**

The KA210 unit was a little taste of heaven, offering an AMAZING view, great access, & easy living. It is up a few flights of stairs, so be prepared... but also note that is why you have the most amazing view of the beach and the gorgeous sunset. The place was clean, well maintained, had AIR CONDITIONING, and everything worked well. Pool access is right across the way, and we fell in love. The only note is that the place does not allow you to leave food behind. Food in Kona is expensive! It would be nice to be allowed to leave food behind for others instead of throwing it out. Of course hosts do not want to be held liable for food quality and safety, but dry goods, oils, and non-perishable foods would make it easier upon the next guests. Overall, this was an amazing opportunity to stay in a 5-star place and we are grateful to our hosts and the surrounding community.

We couldn't have asked for a better overall stay at this property in Kona. The location was convenient and the home was clean and in good shape. The vacation rental management staff was professional, communicative, responsive, and helpful before and during our trip. We would definitely make a return trip to this property. Very nice older unit. Great view. Top floor with lots of steps which made it difficult for us (seniors) to get our stuff up and down again. Had to pretty much empty suitcase and bring things up piecemeal. Same with our food.
