About this house rental
This property has everything you need for the perfect family holiday located just 250m from beautiful Werri Beach.
With an open plan living and dining room that looks out to the mountains and outdoor area, with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, a second living area with a flat screen TV, washing machine, dryer and ducted air conditioning. Cot is also available for use.
The 2 king single beds can be zipped together to form a king-sized double bed, if required.
Linen – Not supplied (you will need to bring; top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels and beach towels)
WiFi - Available
Garage - Garage for guest use and electric vehicle charger
Pet Friendly Option - on request
Check-in Time - is from 3pm on the day of arrival, however early check-ins are offered when possible.
Check-out Time - When departing on a Sunday or Public Holiday we can offer a later departure time of 4pm on request.
Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

Awesome location for a group with plenty of room in the house and outside. The house is well catered for with essentials walking distance to the beach bowling club and nearby shops. The host made everything a very smooth process for checking in and out it is a family friendly location. I would recommend this to families and group groups.

Large comfortable home, great for groups, close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. A really comfortable home with loads of living space, everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable rooms, and so close to the beach, and walking distance to shops. Would stay again.

A nice quiet street with a close walking distance to the beach and shops. Beds were comfy and good hot water. Se had 6 people in our group and it was a place to stay.
