This is a wonderful remodeled apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historic building. The place is within walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursions and rent bikes or skies.
This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO.

There is washer and dryer on property. Please be aware there is a flight of 18 stairs one has to access to reach unit.

There's a steep 25 step staircase up to the apartment. I was told it was a few steep steps. Being disabled, I would not have booked this location with that many stairs.Parking in front of the building is hit or miss and has a two hour limit from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. There is one handicap space without a time limit across the street from the building. I have a handicap plaquard for parking and was fortunate to get that space.The location of the apartment is great. Less than a block to downtown and the train station. Walking distance to the Old Town Hot Springs.Nicely decorated apartment. The building was built in 1886. The original wood floors are not flat, they go up and down as you move through the apartment. They also squeek so no sneeking off to the bathroom.

Such a great apartment in the heart of Glenwood! The owner was immediately responsive when we had trouble with our entry code. Feels like city living in the heart of the mountains. We were within a 10 minute drive of all of our adventures and restaurants. Absolutely love and will be back!!
