This is a wonderful remodeled apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historic building. The place is within walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursions and rent bikes or skies. This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO. Amenity Details: Living Room has a T.V. Kitchen-has coffee maker and complimentary coffee, tea and microwave popcorn.. We provide basics you need for cooking such as oils, spices, kitchen appliances and utensils. Kitchen has a dining table. Bedroom-Has a queen bed Bathroom-Has a shower only, no bathtub There is washer and dryer on property. Please be aware there is a flight of stairs one has to access to reach unit. City of Glenwood Springs Permit Number #18-051

The location could not be more convenient. Restaurants abound and short walk crossing the bridge to hot springs. The unit had charm being located in a historical building. I will be booking again on my next visit.

Very well equipped, great fireplace that kicked out a lot of heat, bed was very comfortable and the unit was close to downtown restaurants and shops! The only inconvenience was the microwave tripping the circuit and having to remember to move your car during peak times. However, the library parking was close and at no charge! I’d add that a couple tips on how to use the damper on the fireplace would help for those who aren’t savvy in fireplace operation. I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to renting this unit in the future!

Was the perfect "home away from home" for a nice quiet Christmas get away!!! Sunlight ski slope is so close by, we got our ski rentals from hanging lakes rentals, enjoyed walking to eat every meal we had cause there are so many options so close, and Iron Mountain Springs Hot was our favorite!!! It was so lovely to have such a well stocked, clean apartment with room to enjoy ourselves instead of a typical claustrophobic hotel room since we were there for 4 nights!!!

Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and the hot springs. No parking on site but we had no issue getting a spot in the free parking garage only a few blocks away. The space itself is rustic and charming. It’s a small place but was perfect size for my husband and I. I would stay here again :)

Place was very clean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants which was very nice. Was louder than expected with traffic and people staying up late outside building and on street till all hours of the night. Bed was not at all what we preferred but that’s a hard one, everyone is so different. Owner was easy to communicate with and willing to change some dates with us which we very much appreciated.

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend get away. We loved that almost everything was within walking distance. Being an older place, it does get chilly at night so bring cozy clothes. There was a space heater we used at night to keep the bedroom comfortable and warm. Would stay here again!

Nice apartment. No air conditioning in the bedroom. It was hot and we couldn't sleep. There is a small a/c window unit in the living room which did not work well at all.

The location is absolutely the best part of this place. The cleaning was good and furnishings were accommodating. Nice touch was towels to to take to the hot springs. Probably the low point was the bed, however I would stay here again. Keep in mind there are NO reserved parking spots, so if you pack heavy it might be daunting. Absolutely has great charm and character with walking distance to a LOT of food and entertainment.

Stayed for 2 nights to hike Hanging Lake. This place was perfect. Probably the best overall rental experience we have had. Great location. Quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment stocked with every conceivable amenity. DEFINITELY would stay here again.

Great little place, really clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and easy to cook in. It does not have a dishwasher or disposal, which didn't bother me, but might others. Felt very safe with locking building front door and also changing codes for the unit door. Communication was great and no surprises. Will def be back as this was a great vrbo experience!

This property was just as advertised. It was clean and homey and the kitchen was well equipped. The location can not be beat, close to everything! Most of the time, we were able to park on the street right out front of the apartment, otherwise there was free parking about a block away. There are 25 stairs leading up to the apartment, which may be tiresome for older folks. We really enjoyed the town of Glenwood Springs and would definitely stay in this cute apartment again if we are able to come back to visit.

This condo is very clean and cozy. It has a full kitchen stocked with all the accessories anyone should need (just doesn’t have a dishwasher, that wasn’t a big deal for me personally) The location is wonderful being a short walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and the train station. It’s on the second level in the building so plenty of privacy despite the central location. Would definitely recommend!
