About this house rental
Welcome to Olivette – a true Caribbean gem positioned on a bluff overlooking the Caribbean Sea. An approved COVID19 property by the government of Antigua and Barbuda, this home is perfect for anniversary celebrations, surprise birthdays, honeymoons, writing/work retreat, and family vacations! Its lovely tropical garden is surrounded by breathtaking vistas of the ocean and nearby hills. Relax to the sight and sounds of the ocean waves as they make their way to the shore, and on moon lit nights you can enjoy the stunning beauty of the moonlight as it shimmers across the ocean.
Olivette is well-appointed with two level home, with rental being on the uppon floor only. This villa offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. There are no tubs in our bathrooms, however, all of our bathrooms offer a shower (hot and cold water), sink, commode, and bath linens. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner propane stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, bakeware, glassware and utensils. There is a laundry area with a washing machine, washtub, iron and ironing board. Our bedrooms are provided with an ample supply of queen-sized bed linens, pillows and towels.
Guests access the main level of this house from an outside stairway.

The host was very accommodating of our needs during check-in, welcoming, and very available by WhatsApp for any needs.The view is amazing. Relaxing on the balcony was the reason to rent this house! The breezes and shaded balcony kept outside sitting very cool. For the adventurous, hike the rocky beach below, where we enjoyed exploring the shallow pools.The house had everything we needed for a small family (5) and was very comfortable, beach towels, washing machine, etc.It is located very close to Antigua Zipline Tours, and several great beaches with food within 15 minutes, and Jolly Harbour grocery store not much farther. This house is best with a sturdy rental car due to roads getting to the house.We had great stay and do it again, this house just has to be experienced. The views, the crashing waves, the privacy of the gardens was all excellent.

Villa Olivette is perfect for anyone looking to relax annd recharge while enjoying Antigua’s beautiful scenery and weather. The views from the various decks (some covered and some not) are stunning, and the air conditioning is a welcome feature of the property. We hope to return!

Highlights were the amazing views. The property is older and shows wear and a little run down. One of the air conditioners in the 2nd bedroom beeped all night and didnt work. Washing machine didnt work. Shower pressure was hit or miss. Communication was awful.
