We brought our two fur babies and The Tiki is perfect to bring pets and I appreciate that our host Anne allows two dogs. The Tiki had lots of green space for us to walk our dogs and the beach is steps away and the complex has its own entrance. The condo was comfortable, we spent most of our time outside at the beach and the condo made that convenient. Thank you Anne.

Great stay and no complaints at all! Extremely dog friendly but also very clean and neat. Would have never known there were other dogs there by just waking around. We had a wonderful stay and no complaints about the venue!

We had the best time! This condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly located. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We will definitely stay again!

Great location and relaxing atmosphere. Have stayed at the Tiki twice now and love it. Nice pools. Only thing I would add is to have some coffee available. My husband was sad about that. They have a pot and a Keurig but no coffee. Great place otherwise!

Perfect spot to relax after a beach day. Cozy space. Would only note that things like coffee/shampoo conditioner were not provided so just note! Great stay though!

We enjoyed our last minute getaway to SPI. Anne was very responsive to our needs, thanks Anne!. The condo is comfortable with perfect coastal decor and well furnished. I cook frequently due to our way of eating and we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next trip, it was way too long since our last trip.

My sister and I came to South Padre for a little vacation before the hectic life of school and busy schedules started back up. The people at the front office were wonderful and very helpful. The condo was easy enough to get to and really clean inside. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach while being near many local businesses and restaurants. We had an amazing stay with our main interest being the beach. The pool was nice and clean plus they offer designated bbq and pet friendly areas. The only slight drawback were the beds being a bit too firm for us. I have a hard time at a lot of hotels as well so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I'll just have to learn to travel with a mattress topper just in case lol. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This was close enough to beach to be very convenient and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet end of the island. One tiny request would be for more towel hooks to hang things to dry between beach runs. Thank you!

Property was super nice, clean and perfect for our family. It has everything we needed, we would definitely stay again. Check in was super easy and fast. The only thing I would recommend is to have a mop available at the condo.

The place is exactly as described-has beach and regular towels, 2 double beds plus a pull-out couch. The balcony was great, and had some beach toys for the kids. The only thing we needed were beach chairs! Easy walk to the beach, and has an outside shower area to get all the sand off. Pool was never very busy and had lots of chairs/tables. Also walking distance to a souvenir shop and the Turtle Sanctuary. Highly recommend!

We always stay at the Tiki and like usual it never disappoints. It's usually just my husband and I but it's got two nice pools for the kiddos and super easy access to the beach. This condo was so cozy and perfect for us. We had all the necessary things needed to cool and clean up. Great stay!

We loved everything about this property! Everything we needed was there, the property was kept up well with no property issues. We loved that it was right by the pool. Communication with Anne was very prompt, and all her check in directions were very clear, I didn't have to call her to clarify anything as she covered everything from the beginning. We would definitely stay again!

It was great staying in this location. The condo was perfect for myself only but still would have been great for a small family. All appliances were up to date. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. It was also right by the pool which was another plus. Was able to see the fireworks from Clayton’s poolside. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was awesome. I am very happy with it. condo was clean, cozy and had what we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the check in process. An employee from the Tiki at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all.

This is the perfect getaway unit. Cute/Clean and the host couldn't be easier to work with. This is our second time renting this unit and would rent it again.

Had the best stay new years eve weekend! Have a 3 yr old and 5 yr old and it was just perfect for our little family. Plenty of room with all the essentials provided. Only complaint is the beds a little hard and uncomfortable and didnt like the wheels on the bottom. Every time you try to reposition throughout the night the bed would roll, and im a petite lady under 5 foot and 125 lbs. But honestly all the rest of the stay was so enjoyable and nearly perfect. My kids enjoyed the heated pool as well!

The small condo was big enough for my husband and I during our week long stay. It had everything we needed. Host Anne was very attentive and helpful during the entire process of selecting to checking out. The only minor issue with the unit was that the tub drained a bit slower than it probably should. But, not even enough of an issue to mention it to the host.

TVs didn't work, but we didn't care and we didn't bother reporting it or asking for repair. We don't watch much TV so it didn't matter to us. Apartment was very noisy, due to the loud AC and dehumidifier, and the bucket had to be emptied every day. My wife said the sink leaked. I didn't check. Having to wear bracelets was pretty annoying. This has nothing to do with the room, but last time I was at South Padre Island I had a terrific time. This time, not so much. The beaches are still excellent. But they charge for everything. $12 to get to the only place on the island where you can fish, and it's just a crab-fest eating your bait. And it was surprisingly empty - people don't seem to be vacationing there much now. Will be going to Port Aransas next time, where we can do whatever we want without bracelets or paying to fish.
