About this apartment rental
Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our unit is located on the Ground Floor, with access to the beach from our back door. There is a TV in the master, guest room and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room has 2 queen beds. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs.
Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a "rental". If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it!
We also own a 3 bedroom 2 bath located next door to this unit and it was completely renovated in 2020. It is VRBO#1574611

We had such a great time at this beautiful place! Checkin was super easy and the views were gorgeous. The AC worked wonderful (that’s sometimes a problem in super hot salt water climates) and we slept great. Was really great to just walk out our back door and be on the beach. We will be back!

This is, without a doubt, my favorite condo on South Padre Island. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the owner went above and beyond—especially when a few unexpected issues came up. Their attentiveness made all the difference. It’s truly a wonderful place to stay.
