Ci siamo sentite a casa fin dal primo momento. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. Ugo è stato un host davvero gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con il sorriso. Grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità, ci porteremo un bellissimo ricordo di questi giorni a Firenze.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Hugo was extremely welcoming and attentive to every detail. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home, greeting us with coffee and delicious pastries, which was a very thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.
The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Its location is perfect—within walking distance of all the main attractions, allowing us to explore the city easily without needing transportation.
We were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome and the overall experience. If we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay at Home Milu. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was comfy and the Italian traditional cookies were delicious!
She also gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, the best gelato, and places to visit, which really enhanced my trip.
Thank you for the warm hospitality — I’d definitely stay again!

Uncomfortable bed, poor water pressure for shower and the rooms were not made daily
