The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. It is also located in a central location to the city’s museums and attractions within walkable distances. Albie at the front desk is exceptionally friendly, resourceful and made all of us feel so welcome. Mamà Mia! He has a wealth of information about the city, attractions and local eateries. He was awesome in making our experience here very memorable! The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The included breakfast was a very good and had a wide variety of choices including fresh croissants, cold meat cuts, cereal, fresh juices, and to top it off, a selection of coffees from their professional grade coffee machines! We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Ask them for a dinner recommendation and they will book a reservation for you for a delicious meal! Very nice breakfast bar included for a good start to your day of sightseeing.

Staff was very inviting and very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was just the right choices to start your day. AC worked great for hot days here
