About this house rental
We truly hope you will enjoy our home as it has been a dream come true to own. This is not a condo but a town home with a private entrance. We are located Fifteen to twenty minutes to Arapahoe, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Loveland Ski Areas. Thirty to forty-five minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek. You’ll have the entire 1,120 square foot townhouse with balcony to yourselves. Sleeps up to 7 people. Our home is set up on two levels. The dining table and comfortable living room with a fireplace and ½ bath are on the main floor. New carpet and paint. Updated fixtures. Master bedroom and the second bedroom are located on the top floor. Sleeping arrangements are 2 in the master bedroom with a king bed, and up to 3 in the second bedroom with a queen sized bed and and twin bed. We have a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. BBQ grill is on the balcony off the living room. We rent to maximum of 5 people. No Parties.
We've included absolutely everything to make sure that your stay is extra-comfortable. Special touches include:
-Washer and dryer in the unit with detergent and fabric softener.
-Keurig coffee maker -Fully-stocked kitchen, including a wide range of spices, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, dish soap, trash bags, pancake griddle and more.
-Comfortable beds — All of our mattresses are high-end so you will definitely sleep well! We also provide lots of extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.
-Hair dryers, body wash, hand soap, lotion and bath towels provided in each bathroom.
-Fast, free wireless internet throughout the townhouse.

Great location to ski Keystone and Breckenridge and 45 minutes to Vail & Beaver Creek. Close to groceries, restaurants and assorted shopping. Garage was a super plus for us.

Location was great. Close to many ski resorts and great restaurants, bars & brewpubs we enjoy.
Space was very nice although I wouldn't pick such light- colored carpet. (Luckily no accidents!)
Well stocked - especially linens, cleaning products and kitchen supplies. Could use a few more lids for the cookware.
Great to have a garage - a door remote would be nice. Loved having a washer/dryer on site. The grill on deck was also nice.

We stayed here for an annual ski trip and this property was great for our needs. Well stocked kitchen to cook 3 meals a day, great location to access all the Summit County ski resorts, and pet and kid friendly! Would highly recommend for a small family, or a few friends for a mountain break.

We had a great time being up in Wildernest again! Your place was nice and relaxing. Had a great time. Thanks again for being available when we wanted to come up for a long weekend with Bella! It was nice to get away from our daily life and grind in the city and look forward to another time! Joe & Janis
