About this apartment rental
Our home away from home ocean-view condo is located in the first phase complex at Las Mañanitas. We have been told it is one of the most desirable units because it is on the ground floor conveniently located by the beach, swimming pool and BBQ area. The condo has two bedrooms and is fully furnished with Mexican flare. The first bedroom has a King Size bed, shower, bath, safe, and TV; the second bedroom has two queen size beds and shower The living room has a 50 inch 3D TV, along with stereo surround sound which can be used with your personal streaming service account. We have a full kitchen with modern utensils, washer-dryer, and an extra large water heater. Each of the three phases has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ area. The outdoor cooking area has tables and chairs for outdoor eating; either dine in the outdoor area next to the pool and ocean, or enjoy eating on our veranda, either way you will have a beautiful view of the ocean. Relax on the veranda with your coffee while the sun comes up, or take a walk on the beach while the sun goes down. Condo 101 is the place to be!

The apartment is a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment. The living room and kitchen is in the center of the bedrooms with a beautiful patio spanning the entire length of the condo you walk off the patio steps from the pool and the beach. It is in an ideal location since the building is one that is the closest to the beach. That’s important since there are many buildings behind it and you do not have a very good beach view or access to the beach if you were to choose one of those buildings. Also, the complex seems to be primarily owners who don’t rent a great deal, so there are not a lot of people there. We only saw a few couples in the pool the week we were there and met two very lovely couples. It was so peaceful and quiet, I took up birdwatching. Highly recommend this gorgeous clean condo. In walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants and an easy Uber ride to the hotel district where they’re even more restaurants.

Amazing location and view. Literally steps from the beach and pool. Very roomy indoor and out. The size and amount of seating on the patio was our favorite. My only recommendation would be to have small beach chairs and umbrella available for sitting on the beach.Would not hesitate to book again!

This was such a beautiful property, right on the beach and poolside. Property staff were always friendly and attentive. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

As advertised #101 is both steps away to the pool and ocean. An easy walk to the huge grocery store for food and beverages and a quick bus ride to San Jose del Cabo. The unit has everything you could possible need including a fully equipped kitchen, spice pantry and a communal borrow then pay it forward,cupboard of both books and heals of liquor. Mama Mias is a great on the beach restaurant just a five minute walk down the beach. The complex has very friendly staff and security and the grounds are immaculate. Can’t wait to come back.
