Spacious room with friendly staff. Close to Central Phitsanulok where we have to business to attend.
Not enough re-fill for Breakfast buffet. Sometimes we had to wait 15-20 mins for eggs to be re-filled.

Okay, if the stadium was the reason you were there, then it is great. Access can be difficult as the lane exits onto a very busy road. The room was comfortable and minimalist with bare polished floor and polished rendering walls. I am not criticizing it at all. It seemed to match the room very well. It is a very nice budget hotel and we are already booked here for our return journey.
Okay, I am in my 70's and not having a lift was a problem. Being a budget hotel, we didn't expect to have our bags carried but a ground floor room would have made my knees and hip joints a lot happier. Breakfast was a little disappointing but not a major problem.

I got a message thru booking.com from the hotel saying to contact the hotel before 6.30pm otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Note that this is a business trip and no all of us turn on the notification from booking.com. what if I didn't check my email? what if I finished work late and arrived at the hotel after 6.30 and the hotel released my booking? Then I wouldn't have a place to stay after a long day of work, would I?
Something this important, they should contact guests on mobile not text messaging or email.
