Located in Kihei, this charming condo for $450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Royal Mauian #212 LUXURY OCEANFRONT condominium on the SECOND floor (Unit #212) is 30 feet from the ocean at the CENTER of Royal Mauian Resort allowing you to enjoy the 180 degree panoramic UNOBSTRUCTED CENTRE ocean view of the Pacific Ocean. A few steps from the Royal Mauian complex are two beautiful white sand beaches, Kamaole Beach Parks I and II. The condo is located within easy walking distance to both life-guarded beaches and to many restaurants and shops. Guests can also enjoy snorkeling right out front of the Royal Mauian Resort. Royal Mauian 212 was purchased by the Gaertner family in 2008, and we’ve spared no expense to make our guests feel comfortable and pampered. You’re sure to enjoy the keyless entry, zoned A/C, granite counter tops, travertine and bamboo flooring, urban Hawaiian décor and fully equipped kitchen. RM 212 boasts 2 completely renovated bathrooms which include NEW quartz counter tops, sapele wood vanities, porcelain/glass tiled showers, new toilets and sinks, and for your comfort, travertine inset towel bars for lots of room to hang wet towels. The private lanai is a great place to catch the resident turtles feeding in the mornings, watch the whales (winter months) and enjoy the warm Hawaiian breezes. The Royal Mauian complex has a heated ocean front fresh water pool, and chaise lounge chairs for our guests to enjoy. The rooftop patio featuring gas BBQ's and full kitchen facilities is a great place to take in the beautiful Maui sunsets. Make sure to bring your camera to dinner! You are sure to enjoy the luxury of this condo with it's updated décor, many amenities and superb location in sunny Kihei, HI. Every room in Royal Mauian 212 was freshly painted January 2022. PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY CALENDAR and email to book your vacation in our beautiful ocean front condo. We update the calendar regularly to keep it as accurate as possible. 5 night minimum stay as per condo bylaws not including holidays. 10 day minimum stay during the Christmas season. A/C units in ALL bedrooms and Living/Dining/Kitchen area. * We do not provide boogie boards, umbrellas or snorkel gear, however there are rental shops right across the street from the Royal Mauian for snorkelers. This is it! Look no further. Our family of 4 had the best trip here. Gorgeous views, easy check-in, excellent dining options just across the street. Two beaches to choose from just steps from the condo. In fact, we booked a snorkel adventure (and while it was great), the snorkeling in front of the condo was just as good or BETTER. We saw sea turtles every day, colorful fish, and had a blast lounging on the beach. Coolers and chairs in the condo were a lifesaver, rented boogie boards across the street, and the full kitchen was amazing. We watched the sunset on the roof, ate breakfast on the lanai, and watched movies every night. The washer and dryer made the trip stress-free, and the shave ice and gelato across the street were enjoyed every night by the kids. You will not regret renting this place — we will be back! 🌺 Mahalo!

Having never stayed in south Kihei before, I was more than delighted with our accommodations. The condo was well equipped, well taken care of and very clean. With the ocean in view at all times, it was a time of pure relaxation and refreshment.

The condo was well stocked with full kitchen, beach chairs and towels and umbrellas, very nice to have these amenities!
AC in each room worked well and were needed. Location was great, so if you don’t have a car you can get groceries and have numerous dining options close by.
Rooftop grills and dining was a bonus too.
A good property and easy access to beaches.
Would love to come back to stay here! Great hosts!

This place is definitely that if you are looking for a great Kihei location. From relaxing on the lanai, sleeping on the comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen with large refrigerator, the condo is wonderful.
Walking distance to anything you need, beaches on both sides and turtles off the reef.

The location of the condo is perfect, between two of the best beaches in the area, both within a few steps. The condo was great and provided all the amenities necessary. Bed was extremely comfortable.

We had a great stay in this condo, it was conveniently located on the 2nd facing the ocean. The checkin process was super easy, the response time to questions was very prompt and overall had a great experience! We would definitely stay there again!

The condo and location were just perfect. This was our 5th trip to Kihei and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The condo was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. Do not hesitate - Book this property!!!
We are a family of 4 (2 adult sons aged 18 and 23). The condo was absolutely beautiful, and it looks exactly as the photos show! The size was perfect as our home-base - we were out and about exploring the island a lot of the time. The view is ahhh-mazing! It looks right out to the unobstructed ocean view, and you get beautiful sunsets every night. The 2nd floor location makes it convenient to use the stairs and there are wonderful breezes in the afternoon and evening. The condo is equipped with everything you need (including the kitchen), and the in-unit stacked washer and dryer are handy to have.
The hosts are quick to respond to any questions and are lovely about checking in (by email) and making sure you are enjoying your stay.
I have to highly recommend this rental - you will have a wonderful stay!

The description of the property is very accurate and if anything does not do it full justice. The kitchen and bathroom updates make the stay much more enjoyable and anything you need to cook is in the kitchen. Air conditioning was great for warm afternoons and like you can chose which rooms and worked perfectly. The roof top grill area is a big bonus, not just with high quality grills, but the outdoor eating area at sunset is amazing. All that said, the location of the Royal Mauian is the best for our family. Kamole 1 & 2 beaches are nice deep beaches and the snorkeling in the reefs in front of the property has quite a few sea turtles and fish. Across the street, Auntie Snorkel rentals is small local owned business and super helpful. Couple of restaurants that we loved and by Maui standards more reasonable is Nalu, Ekolu1279 and Cafe Ole and if you splurge it’s Monkeypod in Wailea. Finally, Laura was excellent to communicate with and very responsive with any questions. Safe to say we would love to rent this unit again.

This unit was amazing. The views and location were spectacular. We were able to see the turtles right from the lanei and then go snorkeling right from the beach to see them up close. When coming back we will stay here.

Like previous reviews, the location and view can’t be beat. There is a huge difference in ocean view and ocean front. While it is nice to see the water, to hear the waves crashing just melts the stress away. The communication with the owners, the spacious, well appointed unit and the master bedroom on the ocean side was exactly what we needed on this trip.

We have been coming to Maui for more than 35 years and have rented all over the island, upcountry as well. The Royal Mauian truly is No Ka Oi...beyond compare. It's the best location. The best beaches and the best weather. This particular unit is beautifully decorated with a great view....sunsets, turtles and whales all can be seen from the lanai or root top deck.

Saw lots of turtles off the rocky point, and enjoyed lovely sunrise and sunset beach walks. The view from the lanai can't be beat. My wife and I had an amazing time here in Maui for our honeymoon. You can’t beat the location in Kihei between two great beaches and within walking distance to several locations to eat and shop. I did some snorkeling right out in front of the condo and constantly saw a handful of turtles and fish on each time out. Personally, we rented equipment from across the street to have some nicer pairs of snorkels and fins. Overall, this unit was everything we could have hoped with all the amenities and details we could have wanted. The Royal Mauian is a great spot that is very meticulous in its upkeep and I know we’ll be returning here each time. AC was a big thing for me when looking at units and it worked great with nice and cool sleeping temperatures to enjoy after a long hot day. Now we’re looking forward to our next trip back!

This is such a great unit and owner. The location both in Kihei and within the Royal Mauian are perfect. A/C is a must and works SO well. Mirrors throughout bring all of the gorgeous views inside. Lanai dining is amazing. Property management company and owner are very responsive and great to work with. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in the condo. Love that they even have a rice cooker. We absolutely love #212.

The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It is also ideally located close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed grilling dinner on the rooftop a couple nights to watch the spectacular sunset. We snorkeled at the beach adjacent to the condo and saw several turtles along with many colorful fish. Thank you for sharing your home. It made our vacation even more special.

We loved the spot right on the water, sunrise and sunset, cannot be beat! The place itself has all the amenities you could want, boogie board, buckets, great kitchen appliances, ice maker and water in fridge. Literally we checked out an open house while there with hopes for the future!

The location being steps away from Kam I and Kam II was perfect for our family with younger kids. The unit had enough beach chairs, towels, and sand toys for all four of us.
The unit itself was well outfitted for our week there.

We were awestruck upon walking into the unit and sad upon saying goodbye. Given the opportunity, we'd certainly stay here again!

This condo is now my favorite place to stay at the Royal Mauian. I like being on the second floor where it's easy to take the stairs and it's quieter because of the location in the middle of the building. The beds are comfortable and the view is wonderful from the master bedroom and the lanai.

Kihei is a bit noisier than where we usually stay in West Maui, but this condo is far enough from the downtown area that it quiets down at night- all we heard at night was the sound of the waves. The grounds at the Royal Mauian we’re immaculate and building is kept very clean. We barbecued many meals up on the rooftop patio and enjoyed the amazing view!!
