This apartment was such a nice surprise. Booked last minute, right by the historic center, this was a gem find and so much better than a hotel. Unique, beautiful, clean, very comfortable, quiet, and with 33 degrees outside entering it was pure bliss with its air conditioning. In one minute you are outside surrounded by people and noise and life, and the next you enter this secluded silent wonder.
To receive and welcome there was Jeanette on behalf of the host, who was wonderful. Before arrival we kept exchanging details of arrival times by text and she was extremely helpful guiding me to the right spot. She kept being available within minutes always with valuable recommendations and local knowledge.
All in all I think the experience makes you want to return to Napoli.

The A/C needs immediate attention. Needs a change.

We had a lovely apartment , set back from the road in a courtyard, but so close to everything! The bed was so comfortable which was a massive plus!
Nothing , it was just as expected. If pushed it would be great if the court yard had a small table & chairs.

Location is fantastic, and relatively quiet place to sleep. Nice sun windows
You have to organize with an agent to pick keys up, meaning some randomness about the time you can actually get in.
Relatively dark accommodation despite the windows (all blurred) but maybe that's Napoli's standards. Sofa bed of relatively poor quality, I would not use it for an adult. The hottub bath is a great idea but lights were flickering, the hot water was difficult to get in normal flowing quantities. If you book quick you miss you have to pay extra for cleaning.
