Outside of the resort lies a thousand things to do – restaurants, miniature golf, boating, fishing from a nearby pier, golfing at the gajillions of golf courses, shopping (yes, there are outlet malls very close!), and looking for shells and shark teeth (my son's favorite thing to do!). Most everything is a less than a 15 minute walk or drive and US 17 is only 2 blocks away. The airport is less than 10 miles away too! So come enjoy a little bit of heaven. Wake up to beautiful sunrises and go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean. RENTAL POLICIES: This is a privately owned condo and is not part of the Sand Dunes rental program. Maid service and Sand Dunes kiddie waterpark are not included. Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association. Must be 25 to rent. This is a non-smoking property. No motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.

Happy Ours was a great place to stay. It was clean and the view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. We really liked the separate bedroom. The location is ideal, easy to get to North Myrtle Beach and to the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach. Two outlet malls are within 10-15 minutes and Broadway at the Beach is even closer. We highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to restaurants, stores, golf and the beach. It was quiet and the bed was very comfy. The problems were thdle furniture was horrible. The couch was not worth sitting on nor the chairs at the table. Did not like not having more than 2 towels per person for a week stay. Also lack of toilet paper for a week. Really didn't like having to do laundry for clean towels every 2 days.

The condo is small but as advertised and very well appointed. The tv in the living area is gigantic--- perfect for watching the Golf US Open like we wanted.

We could not have picked a better place to stay at Myrtle Beach. The place was so beautiful and comfortable. We loved the decor throughout. It was modern and had all of amenities that we could have wanted or needed. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Ocean front views but tiny balcony.
We found the condo on the small side. You must pass through the bedroom to enter and through the small gally kitchen to get from one side to the other.

One of the best places we have stayed at the beach! The condo is wonderfully cared for - very clean, cozy, well decorated, and even a bit luxurious! The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch! The view is amazing - high enough up to feel isolated and away from everyone, but with excellent view of all happenings. We brought our own chairs but chose to use the ones at the condo because they were much nicer and comfortable. I even took a nap in one on the beach while the kids (pre-teens) entertained themselves. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Communication was excellent. Check-in and out was simple. Everything you need is there waiting for you, and then some. I even had a good time cooking on the little two-burner stove!

Perfect place for our vacation
Took my girlfriend and 5 year old daughter. The space was perfect for the 3 of us. Check in was seamless. Went straight to the room with no issues. My daughter demanded i sleep on the Murphy bed with her a few nights of our stay. The bed exceeded my expectations. Was very comfortable and my daughter loved it. King size bed was also very comfortable. Balcony of course was amazing with the ocean front view. Loved the walk in shower. Decorations made us feel like we are at the beach and room was very modern. Was able to use my Google Chromecast for the majority of our stay. Connection was better at night and it worked on both smart tvs that were available. The provided cable service was also sufficient. Property owner was very responsive. Directions to get there were easy to follow. Overall a wonderful trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as advertised. Owner/property manager was very helpful through the whole process with any questions we had. Unit was very clean! Everything was perfect, not one complaint what so ever! Look forward to coming back!

Amazing Family Vacation
The condo was adorable, and completely outfitted to get down to the beach with ease! The views from the condo and balcony were incredible! The murphy bed was a great feature, and allowed our daughter to sleep comfortably. Angie responded to emails very quickly and with kindness. A great host! We would definitely book here again.

My grandson loved the ocean and our access was very convenient. He also loved the multiple pools and lazy rivers. One of our favorite things was the ocean view from the room…spectacular! We honored my grandson’s mother’s birthday by staying here. She would have been 33 this year. This was a pleasant way to honor her memory. Thank you for helping us to do this. My daughter would have loved it.

The condo was well stocked with dishes and appliances, as well the bathroom which even had a body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. I’m an over packer so I had our own but is showed that Angie really tries to think of everything. Angie was great to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
We travel a lot so when I write a review I try and always be honest so I want to mention a few things but please understand that these are not things that would keep us from staying in this condo again. I would come more prepared.
I needed to work a bit and I had checked to be sure there was internet, the issue was that the service was through the resort and therefore not secure, it was very slow and unreliable so I had to use my phone and cell service to do my work which was a challenge but I made it through. The first two days we were in Myrtle Beach it was very cold and raining so we spent more time than we normally would have inside and again due to the internet we couldn’t stream a movie through our Netflix or Prime without it repeatedly stopping. The televisions were not smart TVs so we were trying to watch them on our iPad and it was frustrating but not earth shattering. By adding a Roku it would allow people to sign into there own accounts but the internet would need to be upgraded to a private server. We stayed 7 days, I don’t mind reusing a towel but wash clothes are a different story, so bring extra wash clothes with you or go to a Dollar Store and buy extras like we did. Again this is nothing that would keep us from staying here again but next time we’ll know what we need to bring, which is fine. Over all this was a great place to stay, to relax and reboot. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. The unit was clean and fresh. The owners were very helpful and allowed us to check in early once the room became available. Very beautiful condo and we loved the amenities and places around the hotel. Will definitely stay again.
