Situated in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Imagine yourself in a gorgeous newly renovated oceanfront King Suite which has a separate living/dining area (with a full size murphy bed), and a beautiful balcony to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean! Listen to the sounds of the ocean with the one you love the most – direct from our newly renovated 7th story oceanfront condo. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel at home and find everything within close distance. In fact, you never have to leave the resort if you don't want to. Parking: Free onsite parking. You will receive a parking permit when you arrive at the condo. Check-In: No hassle of having to wait in line to "check-in." You can go direct to the suite because you'll have keyless entry. This also means you don't have to worry about losing your room key. Bedroom: Walk into a Caribbean slice of heaven when you come through the door. Your tropical paradise includes a bedroom with a wonderful new comfy King pillowtop bed where you can watch TV on the new flat screen TV. There is a dresser and guest closet so you'll have plenty of room to tuck away your clothes. Iron and Ironing Board included. Luxury linens included. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and includes a full size refrigerator, a portable induction cooktop, microwave oven, Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, glasses, utensils, wine glasses, cookware, a toaster, and of course, a blender to mix up tropical drinks. You'll also receive a starter pack with paper towels, dish soap, a sponge and tea/coffee/creamer/sugar. Bathroom: You will fall in love when you walk into the bathroom and see the huge walk-in shower with plenty of room for 2. The unit also comes fully stocked with towels, a starter kit of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. Living/dining room: Eat very comfortably at the table for 4 overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sit back and enjoy looking at the ocean from your sofa. Pull down the full size murphy bed if you have a family of 4! You'll enjoy watching TV from the 55 inch flat screen, or you can sit at the counter area overlooking the water to check your emails (USB outlet included!). Balcony: You have a large balcony, where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. Watch the pelicans dive for fish, the dolphins swim up the coast, or hunt for shells and crabs! And more … No need to rent or bring beach chairs or an umbrella since they come with the room! We've even provided a beach bag and a small soft sided cooler. There are many amenities at the resort: Outdoor pool with lounge chairs Lazy River Indoor pool overlooking the ocean Kiddie Pool Outdoor patio overlooking the ocean with tables and chairs An arcade and convenience store 24 hour laundry facility Ice machines 3 onsite restaurants – River City Café, Fish Shanty restaurant and a pizza/sandwich place Oceanfront Bar area so you can grab a drink If you want to leave the resort, the hotel is in a perfect location, between 2 large family entertainment areas – Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing – and very close to many of the local attractions – Carolina Opry, Pirate Show, and Medieval Times. You are two blocks away from Hwy 17 where there are many, many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Starbucks is right next door. This unit is not on the Sand Dunes rental program; therefore, daily maid service and Sand Dunes waterpark not included. However, you have access to the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river which are all oceanfront! Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association. This is a no-smoking unit. Minimum age is 25. Proof of age will be requested. No motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.

We enjoyed the location and especially the view from the balcony The condo's amenities are very good. However, three of them fell short. The kitchen had no stove yet the description left the impression the kitchen is fully functional. The condo temp was not balanced and often ran very warm or very cold and air flow could not be regulated or directed well.We did not have access to some of the recreatioal facilities though they were featured on the VRBO website. We were disappointed to discover these issues when we tried to access them. We enjoyed our stay very much. We use VRBO every year to plan our vacation. However, we would appreciate full disclosure in the future.

This property was everything we could have ever asked for! My boyfriend and I had our first beach vacation here and it was perfect. Angie was so easy to work with. We were very sad to leave, but we will for sure be back! Highly recommend!

The place was very nice and clean. I loved how the elevator was really close so it made it easy to go to the beach with our stuff. I should of read more closely because there wasn’t a stove/oven or dishwasher. We stayed for two weeks and brought a lot of food which we couldn’t cook because it only had a plug in convection cooker. Other than trying to make it work and doing a lot of dishes it was a great location

The beachfront location was tremendous - the wings of the building met at an angle at this unit, so we had views up and down the coast. And of course we could watch the moon reflect over the ocean at night and the sun rise over the horizon in the morning.
Everything was exactly as described and in great working order and clean, which made relaxing easy.
We were thoroughly refreshed after our weeklong stay!

My husband and I stayed last week in this condo and loved everything!! The condo was clean, decorated beautifully and was right on the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and we would recommend staying in this condo to anyone making the trip. We will definitely try to get it again next time we visit. From the beginning communication with host was great, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Room was very clean and loved the theme/layout. Bed was comfortable, balcony view was amazing, location was exactly what we were looking for. Enough room for a family of 4. Ice machine a couple of steps down the hall and an elevator very close by. Overall enjoyed our stay with no issues. Would definitely stay again

My stay was amazing. We can for my husband's Birthday. I usually stay @ Vrbo. The area was close to everything. A few steps to the beach. Angie was great. I needed about 30 extra minutes after checkout time and she was very accommodating. I will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay
I booked this place for a relaxing weekend with my mother. We’ve never been to Myrtle Beach before and cannot wait to get back! This condo was perfect for our needs, it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved that it came with beach chairs and an umbrella. You could hear the ocean from inside and it was absolutely perfect. Waking up hearing the ocean and seeing the horizon from the bed was incredible. One morning we even saw dolphins! We want to make this a yearly trip and will definitely book this again. Angie had it decorated perfectly and took great care to make sure it had everything we would need. The overall hotel building does need some work, it seemed dated and the restaurants there did not seem welcoming or tasty. There were ads in the elevator for the restaurant next door even. The WiFi was also shotty. If the hotel itself was maintained and kept up like one would expect of a hotel with oceanfront views and property, this place would be incredible. We knew these things are out of Angie’s and VRBOs control.
