Beautiful apartment, beautiful view, bed was gross.

Location was very nice. Price point was also good. Very nice apartment.

We noticed heavy stains and heavy wear all over the box spring and mattress. Bed also had a bad sag on one side that made you feel like you were going to fall off the bed. When I asked owner to please fix, he sent maintenance to cover box spring with a skirt and put a mattress cover on the mattress. When I mentioned to the owner about the heavy stains on the mattress along with photos, he said that it normal wear and tear. I was told by the owner that my expectation for a fix to the issue was unreasonable and that he couldn’t replace it for our 2 days stay. It should’ve been replaced way before our stay.

We expected better

The location was excellent and the air conditioning worked very well. The condo was very close to the ocean, places to eat, and groceries.

Not sure where to begin. The condo was not clean and it was impossible to get in and out of the patio because the sliding door needs repair. It is in desperate need of maintenance and we could tell that only the bare minimum was done. The trim work for the floor was never completed so there was a gap around the perimeter. We found uncooked spaghetti in this gap. The walls and floors were dirty and the vents were full of dust. The headboard was not attached to the bed and the bottom box spring cover was filthy. This place could also use a new mattress. On the last night of our stay, we saw a roach in the kitchen. Thank goodness we saw it on the last night because we wouldn't have been able to stay here. The best thing about this place was the air conditioning and the view. We weren't expecting 5 stars, but we also weren't expecting unit that was not cleaned or maintained properly.

Location was very nice. Price point was also good. Very nice apartment.

We noticed heavy stains and heavy wear all over the box spring and mattress. Bed also had a bad sag on one side that made you feel like you were going to fall off the bed. When I asked owner to please fix, he sent maintenance to cover box spring with a skirt and put a mattress cover on the mattress.
