I visited just after the rain and this property is as amazing as it shows online, great staff and Gopi help me with all necessity.

I really enjoyed my stay at This Is It. The location is beautiful, right on the Arambol Beach, and the relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
There wasn’t much to complain about.

Glad we had included breakfast (the best with this is it stay, altought there was a request to pay (1.50) for it in the beginning. lol.) the location is great, directly to the beach. There is a shower nearby, so no need to run to the room with sandy feet. The view from the top floor is great - wow. There was a cooler in the room (water based, not to mix up with A/C!) the cooler worked properly. There is live music almost every evening. All of our questions were fulfilled.
the room was build from plywood and okay. The door of the bathroom didn’t close properly. The music from the “this is it” was sometimes really loud and also late after midnight. My cigarettes got “lost” from the table in front of our room. There’s lots of mosquitos, so be prepared!! Hard bed.
