The house was great! So cute, with great water views . Online photo’s don’t do it justice. The outdoor porch was a great place to hang out. The beds were super comfy. House was also super clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the house, exactly as pictured with somehow an even better view/location than expected. The house was charming, historic, clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We had no issue making a few meals and had plenty of options from serve-ware to glassware. The newly finished porch was absolute perfection (our group spent most of our time out there) and falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves is unmatched. Beach couldn’t be closer and the few neighbors we met were super friendly. Brian was super communicative before and during our stay and left easy check in/check out instructions. This is the exact type of home I dream of owning some day! Highly recommend a stay here

This older house has a lot of character, and was comfortable for our family of four in town for a relative's wedding. It was lovely waking up to see the sunrise over the water through the bedroom windows, and walking just across the street down to the water to hear the waves. Brian keeps the house well stocked, and everything was clean and tidy! We thought the weather would be cold, but instead it was unexpectedly warm -- open windows and the floor fans in the house kept it comfortable inside. It was an enjoyable stay!

This charming house was a typical New England nautical, vintage house in the beautiful neighborhood of Neptune Park. The location was perfect. The host was an excellent communicator and very helpful. The house is well stocked. We plan to return next year.

The house is a 4 minute walk to a private sand beach, unless you meet up with a neighbor and then it could take an hour! Very friendly place. House Clean. Efficient. Wonderful art. Kitchen has everything you’d want. Skewers for kabob? Yep. Japanese tea set? Yep. Don’t bother to bring beach chairs: there are enough in the downstairs room with the shower. Really. Don’t bother to bring anything but your bathing suit, floatie toys and sandals. There are interesting books, including local history. There was only one thing we didn’t like. All the noisy landscaping machines. Very loud. But we are overly sensitive to loud machines. When we saw them coming we’d take the dog for a walk. Oh, the neighborhood is very dog friendly. The house has a homey vibe and we could have stayed months….

The house is lovely, just as pictured. We all loved staying there. The beach was quiet and clean. We spent the rest of the time relaxing on porch with gorgeous views. The street was quiet enough for my son to practice his newly acquired skateboarding hobby 😊 The neighborhood people we very friendly. The host Brian was gracious and attentive. Hoping to return next summer!

The private beaches are perfect
The private beaches are perfect
We really enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped property. Everything right down to beach chairs was there for us. The property was incredibly clean, more than I've seen at other VRBO's and was thoughtfully furnished. A couple of highlights-- A huge porch to sit and enjoy with friends. A private outside shower accessible directly from the outside for rinsing off after the beach. Two separate living room spaces-- one on the first that's great for socializing, another upstairs that's cozy and great for watching movies, etc. Both a breakfast nook and a dining room. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house feels much much larger than one would expect from the description. We'd definitely stay here again.
