About this house rental

Located in Okrug Gornji, this lovely house for $160 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The accomodation has 2 appartments each appartment is 72 m2 and has it's own airconditioning, 2 TV's, WIFI, kitchen, dishwasher, magnetron, ceramic stove, oven and a large fridge with freezer. Every apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers and a large living room with a sleeping sofa 160x200. The house has room for 12 guests and 2 folding beds for children can be used. The owner of the house lives on the first floor. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood and about 380 metres from the sea. Every apartment has a balcony with a nice view over the sea. The house has a jointly terrace and a BBQ and parkingspaces. The beach near the house is very child friendly and it's a nice and quiet beach with pebbles. There's a nice beachcafe/restaurant and a shower. There's a diver school where you can take lessons and see the amazing under water world in Croatia. In about 1,2km from the house there is a General Practice center, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, an postoffice and a vegetable market and many restaurants where you can taste some of the best Croatian delicious meals but also pizza's, pasta's and many other really nice dishes. Near the center there is a big beach with many beach cafe's and many other things. The beach is about 1km long and the city of Trogir is nearby. This is the oldest city in Croatia and is really worth your time to visit. Das Haus bietet Platz für 12 Personen und 2 Klappbetten für Kinder können genutzt werden.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und etwa 380 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Jede Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus hat eine gemeinsame Terrasse und einen Grill und Parkplätze.Der Besitzer wohnt im Erdgeschoss. Der Strand in der Nähe des Hauses ist sehr kinderfreundlich und es ist ein schöner und ruhiger Strand mit Kieselsteinen. Es gibt ein nettes Strandcafé/Restaurant und eine Dusche. Es gibt eine Tauchschule, in der Sie Unterricht nehmen und die erstaunliche Unterwasserwelt in Kroatien sehen können. Etwa 1,2 km vom Haus entfernt gibt es ein Zentrum für Allgemeinmedizin, einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Bank, ein Postamt und einen Gemüsemarkt sowie viele Restaurants, in denen Sie einige der besten kroatischen Gerichte, aber auch Pizza, Pasta und vieles mehr probieren können viele andere wirklich schöne Gerichte. In der Nähe des Zentrums gibt es einen großen Strand mit vielen Strandcafés und vielen anderen Dingen. Der Strand ist etwa 1 km lang und die Stadt Trogir ist in der Nähe. Dies ist die älteste Stadt Kroatiens und ein Besuch lohnt sich wirklich. Het vakantiehuis heeft 2 appartementen, die kunnen allemaal tegelijk verhuurd worden, de eigenaar woont op de begane grond. Het huis bevind zich op een rustige plek c.a. 300 meter van de zee vandaan. Elk appartement bevat een airco, een keuken met een vaatwasser, ceramische kookplaat, oven, magnetron, koffiezet apparaat en een grote koelkast met diepvries. een slaapbank 160x200, sat TV, WIFI, toilet met douchecabine en 2 aparte slaapkamers met een 2persoons bed. Elk appartement heeft een balkon met een uitzicht op zee. Het huis bevat een gezamenlijk overdekt terras en een BBQ. Het huis bevat ook parkeerplekken. Het strand dat vlakbij het huis gelegen is, is erg kindvriendelijk. Het is een rustig strand met kiezelsteentjes. Er zit een leuk strandcafe/restaurantje, douche en animatie voor jong&oud. Het strand bevat ook een duikschool, hier kunt u duiklessen nemen om de mooie onderwaterwereld te bezichtigen van Kroatie. In een straal van 1,2 km vind u een huisartsenpost, een supermarkt, apotheek, bank, postkantoor, groene markt en veel restaurantjes met kroatische specialiteiten, maar ook pizza, pasta en andere deegwaren. Vlakbij deze winkeltjes bevind zich een groot strand met enorm veel beach-clubs en animatie voor jong&oud. Het strand is c.a. 1km lang. De oudste stad van Kroatie, Trogir, is op een afstand van 4 km. Deze stad is zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Welkom bij de Casa Milesic
