Situated in Goose Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $260 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Two charming, comfortable cottages which can rent separately or together. Unit B has 3 bedrooms, a den, and 1 1/2 baths (sleeps 8). Two bedrooms have one queen bed and one bedroom has two bunk beds. There are two parking spots for Unit B. ( Unit C has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, sleeps 4, go to listing #1206824 to rent). Both units have open floor plans, with kitchen, living room, and dining room. They both are sunny and bright with high cathedral ceilings and skylights, and decks with ocean views. They are charmingly decorated with summer colors and unique details. These cottages are part of a 3 unit building. The front unit, facing Kings Highway, is owner occupied. The 2 rental cottages are on the Edgewood Avenue side of the building. Overall, the cottage was lovely. Two negatives: 1) the 3 bedrooms did not match the online photos which showed 1 queen, 1 full/1 twin and 2 twins. Imagine my surprise when I checked out my room which instead of 2 twin beds, had 2 sets of kiddie bunk beds. One of the other rooms had a queen bed instead of a full + twin. (my sister's sheets did not fit the queen bed). Also, a number of window screens either had holes or were separating from the window casement. I'm sure the owners will rectify these issues in the off-season.

This was our second stay at this property (1st time in this unit). It's just a lovely spot with great access to the beach. Perfect for a family. The owners are very helpful. We will be back!

This beach unit was tucked in behind the main family's house. The outside was lovely, and the inside was soo homey and decorated with ageless charm. Hand stenciling, beautiful family heirloom decor... access to beach couldn't be much better. How soon can I come back?

A perfect location and beautiful house! Hosts could not haven been nicer. We were with our two adult kids and we all loved having the beach so close to take walks, play sports and hang out.

Very pleased with location just across road from beach. Arrived day after a storm to find no electricity or heat. Fortunately this was restored in less than two hours. Some of us found the stairs challenging,however, it was well worth the effort. Cozy and attractively decorated. Highly recommend for family vacation.

Absolutely Perfect
7 of us rented both units for a week for a Girls' Get-a-Way. From my first contact with the owners to the timely return of my security deposit, everything was perfect. The units themselves are incredibly well appointed and equipped ... blankets, dishes, knick-knacks were all first rate. The kitchen was better stocked than my own with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher detergent, glassware, silverware. They thought of everything. And then there is the locations .... right across the street from the beach and great beach views from the deck and from a little TV room in Unit B. Even though the weather wasn't great, we had a great time and would definitely rent this place again.

Two bedroom
Myself and a friend rented the two bedroom for four days and three nights....we loved everything about this unit. We plan on coming back next summer for two weeks. The surrounding area was beautiful, we just didn't have enough time to see and do everything we wanted to do...the entire area is wonderful. The ocean was our front yard...thank you for sharing this unit...

Excellent location and owners
This was the perfect location for our family with young children. A hop to the beach and short drives to adorable Maine towns. The two bedroom apartment was impeccable and tastefully decorated. The owner was very accommodating with changing dates (after labor day) and even refunded a night after a dishwasher malfunction. I hope we can return next year!

Perfect Location!
I rented both units for a girls' weekend (roughly 10 of us) and it was absolutely perfect!! There was a enough room for all of us. The apartments are very well appointed, extremely comfortable and perfectly located. I would note that everything is upstairs, so if you have issues climbing stairs, it may be tough. But the beach across the street was easily accessible (entry at the end of the street), and the Tides Beach Club was only 1 block away. So we had the best of all worlds - our own place to hang out, a perfect beach and a fun happy hour at a beautiful resort. I highly recommend this location for fun weekend getaways!

I love this beautiful house right on a gorgeous beach
I have stayed in either unit B or unit C a few times over the past 3 years. The location cannot be beat -- directly across a tiny street from the beach, so there were days when I didn't even wear shoes.
The beach itself is gorgeous, very quiet, and perfect for kids because it's wide and sandy and the water is very calm and shallow. This past visit I was there with my 3-year-old nephew and he loved it. We would walk across the street to the beach for an hour or two in the morning, then come back for lunch and a nap, and then go back to the beach or walk to the playground in the afternoon. Plus I took my own walks on the beach in the early morning or as the sun was setting. It really makes a difference, staying right there on the ocean instead of even 2-3 blocks away.
The units themselves are so charming and set up well for guests. Kitchens have dishes and pots and pans, big open living/dining areas, wifi is good, furniture is comfortable and everything feels homey and well looked after. Each unit has a little balcony which is great for sitting and reading. Being able to sit and watch the water from your own balcony is such a special pleasure!
Our hosts were lovely, they've been doing this awhile and made everything so easy.
I'm already planning on going back next year...and the year after that...
Goose Rocks Beach is a very special find and this rental right on the beach is the perfect way to enjoy it.

Wonderful spacious beach house
This was my first VRBO experience (have been a long time AirBnb user) and I was extremely impressed. The location could not be beat and the apartment itself was comfortable for 4 people. The balcony directly off the living room area was an extremely pleasant surprise and had fabulous views of the beach. We will be back!

Couldn't Wait to Return!
This was our first year renting this beautiful home and we enjoyed it so much we came back in September. The “home” has it all: perfect location with an ocean view from the deck and just a few steps away from the sandy beach. It was very clean, well organized, beautifully decorated, with great light throughout the home. The outdoor shower is a great plus to cool off and leave the beach outside. The beach itself, which stretches for about three miles, is ideal for long walks and, for the hardy among us, great for a morning run. The owners were, from start to finish, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, you know right away they take pride in their home. We highly recommend this home without reservation!
