About this condo rental
Located in Golden, this lovely condo for $90 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Open Floor Plan with Breakfast Bar and full kitchen. 2 Queen Bed plus a fold out sofa bed. The home can sleep up to 6 total. Sunny Deck and BBQ grill makes this Downtown Golden home a perfect base for all activities or just hanging out at home. Location and layout- Close to Downtown Golden. Easy access to the mountains and Denver Metro area. Small garden level unit in the basement with a separate entrance through a separate door in the back. Please keep noise down between 10PM and 7AM. Thanks! 2 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room. Location and layout- Close to Downtown Golden with plenty of outdoor activities. Easy access to all areas of the mountains and Denver Metro area. Sleeps 6. Includes everything you need except food and personal items. Great base station for FUN! Entire Front Yard, entire 2 Q bed one bath unit, Back patio with BBQ Grill. We generally leave the key in a lockbox but we do live a few miles away and can come over in case of any problems or special needs. We really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them over a beer or glass of wine at a local microbrewery or Wine Bar. We respect your privacy and that’s totally OK too. Just let us know if you need or want anything. Thanks! It's a neighborhood with mostly older single family homes but close to downtown. Very Convenient for all the activities in Golden and Boulder. We have para-sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking, climbing, and even a beach at the Clear Creek Kayak park. Concerts and events all summer long, museums both indoor and out, Mountaineering Center, Miners Alley Playhouse, movies, shopping, bars and restaurants, it's very easy to get to the mountains on I-70 and all areas of the Denver Metro Area. It's really just a cool town to be in and the people are super nice. We do have bus service down the block. That connects to light rail station on the W line at the Jefferson County Courthouse building. It is in the service area for "Call n Ride" (on demand) bus service. The home does have an evaporative cooler which works well anytime the dewpoint is below 55degrees (During summer months only). There is a small garden level apartment in the basement with a separate entrance through a separate door in the back. The tenant is usually not even home but if they are please hold the noise down between 10PM and 7AM. Thanks!

This lovely place is so well located in Golden. Just a few minutes from downtown, nearby to strip mall businesses, and quiet in a residential area. We really enjoyed our time here, it was a lovely place for our family while we were in the area. Great property management & communications. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were all very comfortable. It is a small place, but laid out very well with all the comforts of home. Even an apple tree filled with ripe apples in the front yard! Yum!

We occupied this home for 6 weeks and were extremely pleased by its comfort and location. The owner was very responsive to any questions or minor issues that arose and made us feel at home. With family living Golden we plan to return for future visits and look forward to knowing we have a home away from home.

Vacation to remember
I had the most delightful stay in CO for the first time with my children from OR and much of what made it delightful was this truly cute & quaint home away from home. It was everything they said in the description and more. Perfectly stocked with all the comforts of home, beginning with a nice welcome note and bowl fresh fruit. John and Amy thought of everything one would need and they do it very tastefully. I felt as if I was staying in a friend’s home. It was a memory my grandkids and I will cherish for years to come and I truly hope to return!

We stayed at this property while we were visiting the Golden area for a Wedding. It was me and my Wife on this trip. This house is very cute and clean. It has two very nice bedrooms and there is very low traffic on the road so you sleep without any noise. The bathroom is small but done very well. The towels that are given to be used and very thick and soft. The amount of towels are also a positive. They have so many that you don't need to reuse any. They have a washer and dryer so we would just through are used towels in there daily and have fresh towels. Wen we arrived, we went to grocery store immediately. Should of went to house first. They furnish the house this with coffee, tea, fruit and other items. It was very nice gesture of the owners. Golden is within walking distance. It is not a short walk but at same time it is close. We had a few questions about areas to visit. We received many good ideas from owners. When we called them, they would answer immediately and answer our questions. Golden is a very cute town and has many good restaurants to visit along with some nice Micro Breweries. If you like to get out early, they have some very nice local owned coffee shops. Red Rock amphitheater is a area that must be visited. many walking trains and the area is beautiful with the rock formations. We also visited the Mother Cabrini Shrine. This is on top of a mountain near Evergreen Colorado. This area provides a unique and peaceful environment for visitors to experience Gods loving presence. Many different areas to visit at this Shrine and they are all amazing. Another place we visited was the Denver Botanic Gardens. It is about a 30 minute drive. The flowers, shrubs and trees are beautiful. They have a indoor area with tropical plants and a outside area with many local flowers/trees. They have a gift shop that is like no other. Everything they have for sale is one of kind items. If anyone is looking for a special gift, this is the place to go. You will be amazed. On the way back from Denver we visited the Brass Armadillo Antique shop. If anyone likes antiques this is the place to go. It is very large and organized so everything can be easily seen. This is a short drive from Golden and on a frontage road next to the interstate.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and liked it as much as we did a couple years ago. Nicely apportioned and convenient to everything. Would recommend this to those looking for a nice place to stay in Golden.

Perfect for what we needed...
Great little no frills house was perfect for a family of 6 to stay comfortably while we were in Golden for a wedding. We had some issue with the internet and Tim came right over and took care of resetting the modem immediately.

We had a great experience
The house was everything it's advertised as having. It worked out perfectly for our group. We had 4 kids with us and it was big enough for them to play, yet small enough to keep an eye on them. My only suggestion is to put a shelf on the wall behind the toilet so guest have a place to put things and a full length mirror would have been nice. We had plenty of towels and dishes. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Very nice rental
It was a very nice place. Everything was as described. Plenty of room for the family. The location was very convenient and we were able to get pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in Golden within a few minutes.
The only thing negative that I can say about it is that the layout of the bath was a little awkward, not allowing the door to open completely without hitting the toilet. However, I doubt that there is much that can be done about that.
We would recommend this rental to others.

Clean and cozy cottage in Golden
This house is clean and comfortable. It has a nice location close to Golden downtown and good restaurants. We rented this house to go skiing in Keystone and Winter Park. Both resorts are a bit too far, but the drive was not too bad since the weather was good.
This house has all you need WiFi, TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher... etc. The washer was as noisy as a 1941 submarine, and we got some good giggles. However, everything was functional and clean.
Parking is on the street but it seems like it has reserved spots, I am not sure.... but either way, we had no problems parking right in front of the door every day.
We had a great time and John was very nice and helpful. This trip was planned in a few hours and he answered the phone on Christmas eve while dining with his family. We felt bad about bothering him but he was very cordial and sympathetic.
We would definitely recommend this house as a vacation spot.

Excellent Place to Stay
This little house is great on the inside. Everything works well, including an excellent digital TV and reliable internet. It was a pleasant surprise that everything was provided from dishwashing liquid to dryer squares to plenty of paper towels. The stove is tiny, but works very well. No table and chairs, but six bar stools. It would be a wonderful walk to downtown Golden if there is no ice. Super location - near 58 and I-70. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a very comfortable house that is close and conveniently located to Main Street in Golden and 15 minutes to Denver. Unfortunately the ac quit working but the nights were cool. We had fans in most rooms. John was very helpful.

Cozy, clean, convenient and comfortable
We stayed at this cozy little house for a week. It was a half block from my son's home. It is also convenient to walk to downtown Golden and access highways to the mountains. It is a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in. We would stay there again.

A Golden Rental
This house is great! It's a cute 2 bedroom with everything you need! It's about a mile walk from downtown Golden with plenty of shops and great restaurants, only abt a 10-15 minute drive into Denver. John was a great host, able to accommodate our early arrival and fix the Internet when needed. I would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area! I hope to be back soon :)
