Big spacious rooms, excellent location

Might need some paint touch ups in the room

Loved it the property is right in town Golden is very charming and walkable.

I’m use some remodeling, but loved having so many drawers in the room. Didn’t like that they didn’t have enough hangers.

The hotel itself is lovely. The restaurant is good, the facilities and staff were great and friendly. The room was clean and comfy and the air conditioning worked really well.

Upon hotel checkout, we noticed we were overcharged by over $400. This is extremely frustrating. When I tried to discuss with the lady at checkout, she had zero answers for me other than “another guest extended their stay in room 314, and it was accidentally charged to your room, 311.). This is completely unacceptable, however I understand that accidents happen. I was told I had to dispute it with my credit card as she was unable to do anything about it and there wasn’t any available managers. I won’t ever stay there again. Absolutely ridiculous. A 5 star hotel should be able to quickly address these issues in my opinion. I have disputed it with my card, however it may take a week or so to be researched and then reversed.
