About this house rental
Situated in East Nashville, this charming house for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. NOTICE if you are local to the Nashville area and Instant book we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We know some guests book houses as a party place. We live nearby and if the neighbors or police call us or show up you must leave immediately with no refund. You will be charged for any damages or extra cleaning. Just 4 miles to all the action Downtown on Broadway. Beautiful modern house with 3 separate suites each with its own private bath. The first floor has one bedroom, a large living room with gas logs during winter, a dining room, and a beautiful kitchen with granite tops and stainless appliances. The second floor has two bedrooms with private baths separated by a second living room called the "Jungle Room" a theme is taken from Elvis Presley's Graceland. The house is decorated with music theme photos and posters from the Beatles, Hendrix, and Elvis. The owner is a local musician and always adding to the collection. Both living rooms have new flat-screen TV's with Comcast WiFi and cable service. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. East Nashville is the hip part of town that is home to lots of musicians, artists, and just cool people. About 50 yards out back there is the popular Southern Grist Brewery recently used for a photoshoot for Nicole Kidman. Hubby Keith Urban also attended that day. Across the street from that is the Vinyl Tap specializing in records and local brews. On the corner is a upscale eatery called Cafe Roze serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with reasonable prices. About a half-mile down the street are several well-known restaurants: Two Ten Jack, Rosepepper, Pomadora, Eastland Cafe, and Portland Coffee Company. Locals from around the city drive to these fine diners. A bus stop is nearby with rides to Broadway downtown for around 3 bucks. Uber is everywhere. We do have a washer and dryer but detergent is not provided. The gas log fireplace is available from November to March. Lots of places to visit: the Grand Ole Opry, the Parthenon, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash/Patsy Cline Museums, and the brand new Tennessee State Museum which is FREE. It is located right next to the Farmer's Market open year-round which has in-season fruits and veggies along with several eateries. There is a train track nearby. I even had guests that said it was romantic. Be sure to try some Nashville Hot Chicken during your visit. Trust me Medium is HOT. FYI after you eat Hot Chicken it is a good idea to wash your hands thoroughly. 😄 Have a good time. 🎸🎵🍸🍷🍺

This quaint property was an excellent choice for our 4 night stay in Nashville. The house was spacious, very clean, conveniently located and close to Broadway. It was in a safe neighborhood. Check in/out was easy. Loved having a washer & dryer on site. It was perfect for three couples to getaway.

The property was great! It was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had a separate full bath which made it easy for everyone to get ready for dinner and a night out. It was a quick drive (Uber ride) downtown to all main attractions including restaurants and bars. Checkin/checkout was smooth and communication with the host was detailed and responses were quick. We will definitely stay here again!

The rental was very clean and located in a nice area. However you will need to Uber to downtown Nashville. It's not in walking distance. I definitely would consider renting there again.

The property worked great for our group. With each couple having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very roomy. The train was a bit annoying at times (especially if you couldn't sleep).

This is a really nice house, each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is extremely convenient and plenty of room in the common areas to congregate. It is close enough to downtown Nashville if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of Broadway, yet far enough to escape the madness. There are plenty of really cool restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy a more subdued meal or drink. The Pearl Diver is an exceptionally cool spot. Would definitely stay here again.

This home and location are so incredibly welcoming. Everything you need is in the home and the surrounding neighborhoods have so much to do. It’s only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. We’ll definitely be back as we still have so much to see and do in the area!

Crystal's place is just what you would want for a getaway to Nashville. Excellent space and the location is great, we loved being a walk away from the coffee popup Weak Coffee. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough that its not inconvenient. STAY HERE!!

The owner was very accommodating and communicated well. There are a lot of places to eat close by and Broadway was awesome! We were celebrating my son and his best friends 21st bday. I definitely recommend this place. It was in a good neighborhood and you could walk to some of the places to eat. We ubered most of the time. The house was clean and we had a lot of space to spread out. We sat on the front porch to drink our coffee. The only thing I would change is there needs to be some black out curtains for the bedrooms.

Really wonderful space- plenty of room for everyone- only complaint was no smart TV or fire stick- we wanted a movie night with the girls but that was a no go

House is exactly as pictured. Very Nice!! Safe neighborhood. Great layout w 3 private bed & baths and 2 common areas. Nice to have 2 off-street parking spots. Easy check in. Quick Uber ride to downtown 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. A critique would be to have the house cleaning crew actually dust door ledges, bed frames, light fixtures & vents. The vents and cobwebs in ceiling corners are visible which for those w/ allergies does cause issues. Touching up paint on the walls too as there are multiple scuff marks and stains. This is from rude visitors not respecting their home and hitting walls with suitcases and taping things to walls and door frames. I am sure owners are not aware and have a cleaning crew which probably doesn't care. Upstairs queen bed could use some adjusting to prevent the squeaking when moving. House is very well maintained and water heater was great for 4 ppl daily w/ having hot water. Loved having all hardwood floors. Kitchen sink faucet lever is backwards for hot water, pull down forward not push back. Recommendations: leave a broom and dust pan, we wanted to sweep & more non stick pans. Also, cleaning spray to wipe counters off. We cooked daily and 2 pans was not enough when cooking breakfast for 4. Salt & Pepper shakers were empty. Also, an outdoor grill would have been awesome for grilling out a night. A thought.. Maybe it could be offered for visitors that would like to use. We were tempted to ask the neighbors.

The train is weird how it gets stuck for days, too funny! We read reviews prior to our stay and were prepared for the train noise. It really was not bad.
I do believe this is a very well maintained home and do recommend to visitors. Thank you for the use of your home, we enjoyed our stay and the great location to downtown. Felt safe in the neighborhood.

We had 3 couples who came to Nashville for a concert(bought tickets 3 years ago). We stayed 5 nights. The location is excellent, never been to this part of Nashville before but it was perfect for our visit. We all loved the house, had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and couldn't have been better. It is decorated with the Nashville feel. Very clean also. The train was somewhat bothersome to some of our group but not so much for myself. I grew up near a train so it did not bother me one bit. I actually enjoyed hearing it! Our highlight was going the The Jack Daniels Distillery. It is a little drive but so much worth the trip, and spending time in Lynchburg. If you go be sure to eat lunch at The Barrel House BBQ and order the Grilled Cheese with pulled pork sandwich, it was amazing...we all still talk about it! We would love to come back to this amazing city and the cool place!

Four longtime friends stayed here for three nights and loved it! The property is exactly as described, ride shares were easy to get for downtown, and we loved the house! One tip-if ordering from Door Dash, make sure you tell them 112D! After a long night on lower Broadway, we ordered pizza and when we got the text saying it had been delivered, it was not on our porch! Thankfully they posted a picture of where they left it so we “snuck” over a few houses down and rescued it! Haha! The train is loud but that’s the only thing we didn’t like! Will certainly stay again! Thanks Crystal!

The house was in a good location, but something to keep in mind is there is a train that passes through just a few houses down many different times at night. Otherwise it was very quiet and safe. We walked to a few nearby restaurants and shops.

I stayed here with four of my girlfriends. It was perfect. The living room was roomy enough for us all to hangout. The location was perfect to Uber downtown or walk to a few dining options nearby. Definitely would recommend.
