A friendly and knowledgeable staff can make guests feel welcome. The hotel's location is convenient for travelers with its proximity to the highway, making it easily accessible by car. It is convenience too of being close to food stalls and shops. Rooms are designed with modern & comfortable.
The hotel features an elevator for convenient access and and rooms are cleaned daily.

Clean room, strategic location, near the city of Muar.
Room located on top of a karaoke place, so a bit noisy at night.

The hotel was renovated in the last 5 years, so it was more or less in good condition.
Most of the rooms do not have windows. My room was not cleaned properly - there was long hair everywhere. For 4 days no one came to make up the bed or restock anything. For breakfast you have only 2 choices and neither of them are good for foreigners.
