The property is located in beautiful surroundings and felt safe as it had a secure gated access. It was central to various locations in Cotswold . There were trails within the location to walk and facilities for family with kids. Staff was very friendly and swiftly sorted any minor issues we had on day one.
The property was 4 bedroom with 4 bathrooms,
but the 2 rooms on the 1st floor were too small and with double bed there was no room on both sides to get off the bed. Walk in shower in one of rooms was too tight for any adult. We were 3 couples all over the age of 70, Parking was ok for one car, but we had come from different directions , so had 3 cars , so when it got busy, there was no visitor parking nearby, and in the evening, it was very dark and it was difficult to navigate / walk in dark.

The location is brilliant, and the on site facilities are great. We were only here for a weekend, but could easily have spent a week here!
The free access to swimming pools, water sports and various nature trails make this a really special place.
