About this condo rental
Nestled in Newport Beach, this attractive condo for $275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This property is the perfect spot to set up camp for a week at the beach. It is about 200 steps to the sand. It is in the perfect location along this little strand of coast to utilize all the surrounding piers. It is about a mile walk down to the Newport pier. Close enough to walk (takes us about 30 minutes along the water) or bike to the shops and restaurants, but far enough to escape the parking lots that bring in larger day use crowds. This unit is our downstairs unit. Both units (downstairs and upstairs) have their own private entrance on opposite sides of the building along with their own private patio. You do not share any space but the driveway.) This unit is downstairs, so you may hear people upstairs if they have heavy feet. If the chance of this happening sounds like it will ruin your trip, this may not be the spot for you. From our reviews, you will see we have a lot of families that are very happy with the great price and great location and stay here year after year. It includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a full over full bunk bed. It has a second full shared bathroom in the hall. When you enter the property, it has an open concept living area with a couch and a dining table so that everyone can hang out in the same space. All of the bedrooms, as well as the living area, have flat screen TVs on the wall. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to eat in. It has a coffee maker (pot and keurig) toaster and microwave. There is a patio out back with a sitting area, a charcoal BBQ and a small fire pit. This unit has enough room to park 2 cars. (one in the garage and one in the driveway.) Street parking can be hard to find so this reserved space makes a big difference! There are beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and a washer/dryer in the garage. We do our best to keep our property well maintained and up to date. We just have this one little property that we fell in love with and enjoy visiting to make lasting memories with our family and enjoying sharing it with other families doing the same thing. We are happy to help with any part of your vacation we can, from planning to restaurant suggestions. We hope you will enjoy our humble home and love it here as much as we do!

This is an older home that has a small patio with a table and chairs and a wood fire pit. The living area has wood floors with a large L shaped sectional and a picnic style dining table. It’s not well lit. The 3 bedrooms are carpeted. We were 4 adults and were comfortable in the apartment. We stayed in December, and the heat worked well. The bathrooms both have walk in showers. The vanities have some counter space for toiletries or makeup. The kitchen is galley style with granite countertops. The oven vent did not work and the sink faucet was wobbly. The landlord offered to send a plumber, but we weren’t using the kitchen except to cook eggs. The unit was very quiet until tenants arrived in the unit above us. We could hear them walking above us and hear their toilets flushing. There were bikes to use and a washer and dryer in the garage.

Loved the location and the beach was so close!! Plenty of room for our family of five plus Grandma. Fans were provided but it still got a little warm
especially the room with the bunk beds. A window A/C would have been nice but overall, very very pleased with the location and the apartment 😊

We had a great time! The house was just what we needed. Plenty of chairs, and beach gear. Kitchen was well stocked. There was enough room for all of us on the sectional. We’d love to stay here again. :)

We like outdoor spaces, and were pleased w the offering. Obviously great proximity to the ocean, AND with a nice cool private patio for hanging out at the cottage. Bonus was being on what IMO was the quietest street in this idyllic little slice of the Ocean-front world. AND the private drive we would learn was awesome.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the living space. The noise does carry from the upstairs unit, but it was only an inconvenience in the mornings.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach. Each year I rent a beach home for a few days to take the grandkids to the beach and visit a theme park. Stephanie’s home has been our favorite. The location was a 2 minute walk to the sand. We also enjoyed the fully stocked cabinets with all the essentials of home. Duel shower heads with great water pressure was a added bonus as well. The bikes and beach toys in the garage was huge. The kids enjoyed building sand castles and burying each other. We look forward to renting here again. Thank you for taking the time to anticipate the needs of your renters. It made our trip extra special.

My friends and I had a great time here. It is steps away from the beach and a short walk to fun restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and living room was large and perfect for relaxing. It came well stocked with beach chairs and Umbrellas. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Fantastic!

I was lucky to have found this treasure. I grew up in So Cal and I work in California 2 weeks a month and wanted my niece and her daughter to have a real home experience on their first visit.
It was great the 11 year old had never seen the ocean. She got out of the car walked to the end of the street a couple houses looked down the street and started jumping with excitement. We didn't get to use the house much because we spent 2 days at Disneyland but enough to know I will use this house with my husband in the future and have already recommended it to others., The bedrooms are perfect for families or just a girl or guy weekend. The patio is very inviting just need to know a little about the rulesof the firepit if it was to be used.We didn't cook here but had everything if needed.Just respect the noise level for the family next door and we had the bottom unit it was a little noisey after11 PM but was ok. Maybe next time I will try the top unit. Just to check it out too!

We love this little spot. It’s perfect for us. We have come back every year the last 4 years. It’s the perfect location with kids and so close to the beach! The house is set up nicely and the back patio is so great for evening hangouts. So nice that the owner is so responsive as well with any questions.

We have stayed at a lot of beach houses and this one was by far the best we have ever had !! It was so clean and nice and had everything from boogie boards towels crockpots dishes bedding beach toys , everything you could possibly use for the week! The owner was so sweet and responded quick to any questions we had !! We will be back every year !!!!

I am not one for walking too far to get to the beach so the location of this unit was just right. Close enough to the beach but far enough from the passing people. The next block toward the beach may be closer but also has the bike/pedestrian path which is greatly used.
