Situated in Granada, this lovely house for $221 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Located within the National Nature Reserve of Laguna de Apoyo. This stunning lakefront home is located just 200 meters from Norome Resort/Villas @ Apoyo (on paved roadway) and is built to U.S. standards. Relax in the infinity pool while enjoying the view of the dormant volcano Mambacho or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. There are 2 kayaks available for use during your stay. As an added option, we can arrange on-site massage onsite. This is truly a private vacation oasis with over an acre of professionally landscaped grounds of natural flora, lawn and gardens! Casa de Sol allows you the ultimate in privacy and relaxation...Easy access by bricked roads, Gated entry with 24 hour security. Upstairs is a master suite with king size bed, custom raindrop shower. The other 4 bedrooms are “Jack & Jill” configurations (2 bedrooms w/bath in middle). All bedrooms enjoy private balconies, a/c and hot water. The home includes bath towels, soaps, hot water and high quality linens. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen with gas stove and oven, island of hardwood, refrigerator/freezer, water cooler and all utensils. Also for cooking is a large gas grill outside. The large custom dinner table w/chairs seats 10 people. There is a ½ bath in the living room area and ½ bath poolside. Daily maid service is included with optional laundry service, personal cook and private Spanish lessons available at your request. Our bi-lingual property manager is available to assist you with any other details to ensure a fabulous experience. In preparation for your visit, we can assist with a map and driving instructions, rental car, car/van and driver, tour guide, day shopping trips, outdoor excursions and any other guidance you require. High speed wireless network (we have our own tower) and cable TV is included. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C use from 10pm to 7am. If you desire additional A/C service, there will be a charge of $20 per day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access. If the owners are there during your stay they will take great caution to honor your privacy. Exceeded our expectations in everything. Beautiful surroundings. The staff was helpful and friendly. Wonderful pool area. We had a lovely kitchen that was very equipped for cooking, but we were also helped when we wanted to order in food. We hope very much to return again.

I've lived in Nicaragua for several years and was lucky enough to get invited to stay here. My family and i we're amazed that the description of the property matched its profile. The house is lovely and spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable and have AC, the dining room and kitchen include everything you need to cook. The side patio includes comfortable a sofa, chairs, table, and hammocks. The house overlooks laguna de apoyo, has a great pool area, and hotsprings!! Book this house!

The house and property are kept immaculately clean. Staff are kind and go out of their way to accommodate your needs and requests. The steps down and up from the house and driveway could be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges. For our group of four adults we found the driveway to be an easier walk. And we found it worth every step! Thank you for allowing us to be your guests!

We have stayed at Casa Sol before and think it’s amazing! Pool and lake view is gorgeous and outdoor space so relaxing. Home is spacious and comfortable and more than enough room for our family and friends. Quiet and peaceful but not too far from restaurants and activities. Cannot wait to go back and spend more time!!

This home had everything you can think of views, comfort, style and so much beautiful nature. Staff was there to greet us and where all very nice and kind through out our stay. Beds were super comfortable, pool was amazing and deck / backyard area was so great. Highly recommend this beuatifully situated and maintained home.

Our family of 5 and my brother-in-law’s family of 5 stayed here and had a great time. Children ranged in age from 2 to 15. Mostly, we lived in and by the pool and also enjoyed the lake, swimming as well as using the kayaks. The beds were comfortable. It was hot and the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night was a nice relief. The housekeeper and cook were both very friendly and the food was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

My experience at Casa de Sol was so amazing, I am eager to get back. From the amazing security guard, host, clean up crew, to the perfect scenery and water. My siblings and I will be back! I miss it already. Thank you Tamara for provided excellent service. Your home is phenomenal!

This home is magnificent! It is absolutely Beautiful and extremely well kept. But.... I wasn't told I'd be sharing it with other people. In the evening when the sun went down other people would show up and hang out below the pool. The security guard said it was okay. Then after we turned the pool lights off and went inside for the night, somebody turned those lights back on. We could hear people hanging out around the house through the night. Then at 2:00 in the morning, my children woke me up because they were scared. I went downstairs from our bedrooms to investigate and found a bunch of people sleeping on the ground right outside the entrance doorway. Now I know this is something that can be fixed once the owners find out. This is something that the security guards are letting take place for whatever reason. But, this is a scary situation for tourists from another country who don't speak spanish. This definitely ruined our stay at this spectacular home. ALSO...we had to leave the house unlocked the first night when we went out to dinner. We weren't given a key till the second day. *THE HOUSE AND VIEWS ARE "TO DIE FOR"....ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!

What a beauty and memories to last my family and I a lifetime. The property was easy to locate based on the location the property manager provides you. The property itself is stunning with views to forever be engrained in your memory. My family and I have already discussed staying here again. Our only mistake was that the stay was not long enough! The house is very comfortable for a family of 5 brothers with their partners, like mine, the rooms are large, have comfortable beds and very good air conditioning in them. He sleeps very pleasantly. The pool and the area around it is excellent. The natural landscape is enjoyed everywhere. The only thing I suggest is to put air conditioning on the first floor, since the fans are not enough for the heat of Nicaragua and it is the place where the family gathers to enjoy music, karaoke, dance or other activity together and we were always sweating and very hot there.
