This sweet original, Private One Bedroom Small Apartment with efficiency kitchen is up 7 steps from the home, and has its own private entrance and space. All updated copper counter tops, efficiency appliances that include a convection toaster oven, a small refrig and freezer, a dishwasher and a cast iron 2 burner hot plate. The kitchen has many amenities, and included is a grill out in the beautiful back yard... Beautiful Downtown Loveland is walking distance away as is Lake Loveland, the River Walk and River's Edge Park. Newer queen size bed and pullout sofa for the extra traveler. Lots of storage space and closet space. Air Conditioned and comfortably heated, this listing has access to the all outdoor garden seating areas as well as a private front deck to watch the world go by. You will park in a Private well lit garden alley entrance and have your own entrance to the property. This beautiful space is close to the natural grocery Sprouts and Safeway. It is a Short Driving distance to the famous Benson Sculpture Park and Chapunga Sculpture Park. Short driving distance to the Big Thompson Canyon, the gateway to Estes Park. This home was on the Loveland Garden tour twice and the Loveland Historical Home tour. We are in the downtown, so be aware there is an train that sometimes goes by two blocks away. Many people like the train but if you are a light sleeper I have for you a beautiful light noise machine and earplugs. It usually only goes through once at night and many guests love the evocative sound of the I have had one guest comment they did not. OF NOTE, THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR VERY TALL GUESTS, AS IT HAS LOWER CEILINGS, though it is very light and airy. I would say if you are over 6 ft 3 you will be ducking to get through doorways.

Impeccably clean, quiet, near everything I needed, restful and an absolute delight! Lynn's artistic and nurturing touches can be felt throughout her sacred space and garden. I could have crawled into the comfy bed and stayed forever.

The Host, facility and the gardens were all wonderful! Administratively, I had a problem. VRBO did not get the host contact information to me and my host was not at home when I arrived. After I got connected with the host, it was a perfect stay!

My husband was part of the Sculpture in the park at Benson sculpture garden. This location was great for close location to that and to good restaurants down town. It was nice to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful gardens and for the xtra treats left on our doorstep by the owner

Thank you for letting us stay. Your home and garden were both beautiful. The garage apartment was just what we needed. Very very clean and perfect for cooking a little if we wanted to. Thank you again and we will certainly stay here again if we are in Colorado.

Lynn has created a beautiful nest to explore the area! Walking distance to town with locally owned restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. There is a lake also within walking distance. Short driving distance to Fort Collins and Estes Park. The apartment was well appointed to take care of all our needs. Lynn had coffee and muffins waiting for us when we arrived. The sitting area has a water feature and the garden is gorgeous!!!

I couldn't have found a better spot for this trip. First and foremost, Lynn was accommodating and flexible; the logistics of the stay barely registered as something to consider. Next, the space itself is delightfully cozy (and very intentionally curated to facilitate a wide variety of guests) and no photos could do justice to the majesty of that back yard. =) I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to reach out to Lynn about this delightful place if needed a place for an extended stay in the area. It was that comfy, easy, and complete. Thank you, Lynn!

Delightful and surrounded by a gorgeous garden, fountain and sculpture. Greeted with homemade cobbler and crisp apples. Everything inside was lovely and cozy. Definitely a place we will recommend and return in future

Our stay in the charming guest wing was delightful. Everything and more were provided- including treats. The covered porch and garden were inspiring. Thankful for the air conditioning in the living area. The Sulpture Festival was spectacular!!!

It was a nice little place. We could have used a larger refrigerator to freeze our ice packs for travel. Had to hunt down the bathroom towels. Needed a kitchen towel. But overall, a pleasant place to stay. The garden was fabulous.

We were in town to visit family and take in the beautiful National Parks. Lynn provides lovely and much appreciated extra touches - pastries, fruit & coffee were a nice surprise. Extra paper products and easy to follow instructions and suggestions for the area. A beautiful garden and screened in porch. We spent one whole morning just enjoying the gardens! Highly recommend this super clean stay.

This is a sweet cozy private apartment in Loveland. It is well stocked and thoughtfully arranged. One of us is six two and though ceilings are low, it worked out just fine.

Located in an older neighborhood with many large trees, this property was very serene and relaxing. The garden and enclosed porch were great. We stayed during the peak fall foliage, and it was beautiful. The location was convenient to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Lynn was a great host!

We loved staying at the Loveland Guest House. It was clean and cozy. Communication with Lynn was easy and quick. The house, screen porch, and gardens are beautiful. It is so relaxing. We want to come back in the summertime to spend a few more days and enjoy the screen porch and garden area! The location is perfect. We recommend highly!

My husband I stayed here durning an extremely trying time with a traumatically ill son. Lynn bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and easy. She was very caring and kind. We stayed for longer than 3 weeks so we had a lot of things, including two bikes which we were able to keep in a secure garage. The gardens were serene - which was just what I needed. Loveland is a lovely little city. We were within miles of the the Medical Center of the Rockies which was very convenient too. We will never be able to thank Lynn enough!!

Very chic, comfortable and clean housing. A Provençal atmosphere with eclectic, mystical relaxing garden surrounding the property. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and beverages on the deck overlooking the front yard, and the super quaint, comfy rear porch was wonderful. A very zen like feel from the gardens in the rear of the house was very welcoming, accented by the water features. Convenient location and walking in to town a big plus. Lynn was very easy going and conscious of our schedule as we had some changes. Very pleasant to deal with. A must ...we will be back!

Love this place

This was my second time staying here, and it again felt like home! Comfortable bed, clean, cosy feeling. Also enjoyed seeing the robins in her beautiful back yard. Lynn is a great host! Thanks again for everything!
