Free onsite, covered parking Property information: This property is perfect if you are looking for fantastic views, superior location and comfort- all at the right price! East Bay is beautifully clean and well maintained by our staff of inspectors and professional housekeepers. When you first walk into East Bay 210 you will be in awe of the views right outside your back door! Straight away you will notice Peak One which starts the Ten Mile Range as a gorgeous backdrop to Lake Dillon. You could not get more “local” even if you tried. This one bedroom one bath property is perfect for a romantic weekend away, or a longer stay if you so desire! It is 670 square feet but with the back deck, it feels even bigger! On the deck is a private gas grill which makes summer nights even more relaxing. In the main room has a wood burning fireplace perfect to warm up next to after a fantastic day on the mountain and a television adjacent to end your night with a movie snuggled up on the couch which also converts into a Queen sofa sleeper. The large primary bedroom houses a king sized bed and a bathroom which can be accessed from the room or from the living area. As you cook in the kitchen you will still be able to look out at the gorgeous views or swivel the television so you can cook while you catch up on shows or the news. Another great thing about this property is the covered communal garage with a space designated for the unit. So if there is a giant snowstorm overnight and all you want to do is catch the first chair to hit the powder, you won’t have to waste any time scraping off your car! There is also a community hot tub you can use during your stay and, of course, free WiFi. Even though, you may not be using the internet with the gorgeous views calling your name. No outdoor fires of any kind permitted. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance, in case of any travel changes, especially during the winter months as weather and roads can be unpredictable.

We have stayed at other East Bay Units and love the layout, this unit excelled in the furnishings and supplies. The large dining table had room for working jigsaw puzzles, playing games and eating meals. The furniture was comfortable, clean and positioned for perfect views of the mountains and watching people ice skating, ice kiting, sledding and ice fishing on the frozen lake. Having a second sink and vanity outside the main bathroom makes getting ready to leave for the slopes much faster. We eat most of our meals at the condo and is was well supplied with everything we needed. Covered parking and ski lockers are such a bonus! We would love to stay here again.

What a great condo. The location is perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boats til the sunset took all of our attention, so beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

Housekeeping was ok, food left in the sink disposal greeted us😳 as well as lots of left over food in the fridge. We were also not able to access the hot tub or game room. Other than that its a great property!

It worked out fine for our short stay at very busy time, but won't go back. The condo is old and worn out. And the housekeeping was poor. The patio door would not lock. The front storm door glass was leaning on ground against the wooden door. The bathtub/shower tiles grout was black with mold. The pots and pans were old and renters just tossed them in cupboard so it was hard to find pan and matching lid and pots and pans were old and worn out anyway. I had to scrub dishdrainer before I could use it. The extra bedding was tossed on closet floor in messy heap. I like it looking clean and on a shelf. The location was nice and views gorgeous. Major renovation and better housekeepers would make it a great place to stay.

Cannot say enough about the views from this property! My husband and I came for the 4th of July. Being on the bike path was awesome and we rode into the town of Dillon every day. We loved ending our nights sitting on the deck and grilling. Nice and afforadable. Would definitely stay again.
