The first thing you'll notice about this gorgeous house is its blend of classic and modern architecture: the sprawling kitchen is lined with rich, dark hardwood throughout, set in stark contrast to the modern stainless appliances and sleek furnishing and lighting. Entertain dinner guests at the kitchen island with bar-style seating, or enjoy more private meals in the smaller adjoining dining space. After eating, relax in comfort and style – this home boasts 3 distinct and separate living areas, each with its own plush seating and large fireplace! Wondering if you'll have enough space for your family and friends? Wonder no more – this home will take all the worry out of accommodating a large number of guests! The sleeping arrangements include one double bed, a double trundle with connected bath, two queen-sized sleep sofas, and the master bedroom, complete with a lovely en-suite master bath. Just outside you'll find your private beach: a permanent dock, kayaks, large fire pit, and a propane grill, all on nearly 100 feet of lakefront! Go for a swim, lay on the beach and work on your tan, or launch a boat from the dock and explore scenic Keuka Lake and all it has to offer, right from your home. Take a short boat ride around the bluff, and you'll find countless lakeside restaurants, such as the Lakeside Restaurant and Tavern, The Waterfront, and The Switzerland Inn. A quick drive north will take you to beautiful Keuka Lake State Park, where fantastic hiking and endless natural vistas await. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests. Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. overall loved the house! super open with lots of natural light, plenty of room for a group of 12 to hang out and not feel on top of each other! would love to come back one day!

Stay was amazing, nice and open floor plan, really enjoyed the kitchen, would have really liked a table with a canopy outback to play cards, games with some shade for our little kids and elder adults…We would highly recommend this property for a stay at the lake!!!!

The property needs to be updated and was not very clean. The TV in the living room was broken and the outdoor furniture was a hazard.

This was a perfect getaway for all of us women who were looking to get away and recharge. We loved hanging out in the living room, taking in the beautiful views and feeling the warmth of the sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped. We kayaked and paddle boarded on the lake. Plenty of areas to lounge outside, make a fire under the stars. Thanks for everything.

Our stay was great expect the neighbors harassing us. I think it would be a great idea to put a plan in place for people renting. When the neighbor came over it ruined our whole stay. We were not being loud or doing anything wrong. It was totally wrong that he came over to your property. I would suggest putting up a fence.

We took a girls trip to celebrate my cousin getting married. There was 11 of us! The house was BEAUTIFUL! The views were unbeatable and the house was amazing. How you walk in is through the top balcony and the view smacks you in the face right away. You walk into the screened in sun porch that had such good breezes, you just wanted to nap there. The kitchen is like a chefs kitchen (I don’t cook, but definitely the nicest kitchen I’ve ever cooked in) with tons of cabinets and has an open concept to a family room. The living room (with the tv and black couch) is one of the sleeping area with a pull out couch. We didn’t use this pull out couch. The upstairs bedroom was too small for our two person occupancy that we initially intended but that’s okay, there was plenty of room else were. Downstairs, has two pull out couches and a bathroom attached to each bedroom! We didn’t use the pull out couch in the lower living room but the one in the master bedroom needs a mattress pad at the least. The enjoining bathroom was really nice and had a jet shower! All of the closets had useful closet insets and furniture. The lower level had 3 sliding doors that open to the backyard, and dock! Water was a little cold still but it didn’t stop us from bringing floats and diving in. We brought our own yard games, but enjoyed the outside space. We really liked the area and the home!

Beautiful house!! Perfect for a stay on the lake! Parking spots and driveway made parking easy. We had a party of 11 and there was so much room for all of us comfortably! The only thing that was missing was a sponge and paper towels.

The house location, garden and waterfront was beautiful with easy access to the lake. We enjoyed having kayaks, wake boards etc available to use and our boat was easy docked. The kitchen/living room level of the house was beautiful, but had very gloomy lighting. All beds were very uncomfortable and small, all bathrooms need a full renovation, the MB was moldy. Nevertheless, we had a relaxing family vacation and wonderful time at Keuka lake.

The accessibility and beauty of this lakefront and the way the property was situated was its outstanding feature. The house itself could use upgrading, but expected of rentals. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Entire areas were missed.

This was amazing plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Amazing view of the lake. Kitchen is amazing! All the patio furniture you could need. The one thing I didn’t like was I specifically requested to be informed if I could get in early. I drove there early in hopes they’d call and they never did. Soon arrival after driving around for a couple hours I see the cleaning paper in the door that said they had left at noon. Which means I could have been in there 3 hours early but no one thought to give me a phone call.
