Nestled in Lake Union, this charming condo for $182 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Mid-century apartment well preserved. Feels like grandma's apartment ''in a cool way''. Two-bedroom unit can accommodate 4 with two queen luxurious beds with down alternative pillows, down comforter, and high thread count sheets. Bathroom has artisan applied specialty painting with Turkish travertine shower surround and vanity. Kitchen has original red tile and linoleum flooring with newer appliances including the simple basics to cook at home. Dining Room has a touch of formality and a bit of bling with original kitchy chandelier. Living Room has comfortable seating and 42'' flat screen TV. The TV comes with Roku including Hulu + Live TV. Good closet storage throughout bedrooms and central hallway. DESIGNATED PARKING with carport and driveway that accommodates 2 vehicles. Parking is highly coveted as the neighborhood becomes more dense. One of the charms of this property is that it is in a quiet neighborhood for a city location. As much as we want our guests to have a good time, please be aware this is not a party pad. The sofa is not intended to be additional sleeping for guests and additional bedding is not provided. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Stone Way bus lines to downtown, etc. Stone Way starts at Lake Union and goes north to Greenlake and quickly becoming a hot new street with restaurants and shopping. Near Gasworks Park, Burke Gilman Trail, Woodland Park Zoo, Fremont, The Troll, 2 miles to Husky stadium and the University of Washington. Business travelers will find convenient to software, internet, and biotech companies located in Fremont and South Lake Union. Also convenient for visitors of the University House retirement community.

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Our host was very well organized and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was clean. We had fresh linens and all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The apartment was close to restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. We rented cars in the neighborhood or walked wherever we needed to go. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was very clean and had extremely comfortable beds. The location is great being very near the UW campus for us yet only a 10-15 minute drive into downtown Seattle. The town of Wallingford is cute and you can walk to many restaurants. We will definitely stay again if our son decides to go to UW.

The apartment was attractive, clean, comfortable and well stocked with supplies that made you feel like a valued guest. We had nothing but positive experiences while staying here, The apartment is conveniently located to all Seattle attractions and has plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely rent again when in the Seattle area.

We loved the house and Randy was very nice and informative. This was our first time in Seattle and we had a great time. We will definitly recommend this property to all our friends. The location was perfect and close to everything. My cousin Alyce who lives in the Greenlake area showed us all the sites and many local places.

We were on a father-son vacation visiting Seattle for the first time. This was an ideal place to stay and had everything we would possibly need. It is located a short Uber ride from the downtown and tourist atrractions. Randy, the owner, was most helpful and gave us a number of useful touring suggestions.

Everything went smoothly during our week's stay in Seattle. The location was great. It is conveniently close close to interstate 5 for our trips to Vancouver and Mt Rainier. We had a fabulous weekend and this apartment could not have been more comfortable and better located. We like to walk around new cities and neighborhoods. Within easy walking distance we found an incredible bakery, a very nice grocery store PCC and many restaurants. We also like to come back at the end of a day of exploring and hunting and gathering to cook and share a fine meal. The kitchen is well stocked for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I use VRBO a lot and this has to be one of the nicest places I have stayed. I highly recommend this apartment.

Our third stay at this apartment was as satisfactory as on previous visits. Apartment is exactly as pictured. Has comfortable beds, thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and ample space to socialize. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street covered parking is a plus. Convenient walking distance to Wallingford with easy public transportation or driving access to other Seattle sights.

Enjoyed our stay. It was represented well and had most everything we needed. A blender or a potatoe masher would be a great addition along with a DVD player. The beds were comfortable and we had ample room to stretch out. Thank you for a great stay.

We have used this property several times and will use it again. The apartment is in excellent condition, is well maintained, has great amenities and is very spacious. The location is good for getting downtown and to University of Washington. Randy, the owner, is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We have eaten in a number of restaurants in the area and they were all good. A nice walk down the hill to Gas Works Park gave us great views of the city.

This was our second stay in this condo and our third stay in this building as we've stayed in their one bedroom unit also. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. It is in a nice, safe feeling environment and very convenient to the greater Seattle area. We visit Seattle as our daughter lives nearby in Eastlake. This is always the first place I check for availability.

My family stayed here while visiting friends in Seattle. It was great to have easy access to a great neighborhood location in Wallingford, with adjacent parking. The owners were terrific and very helpful. The condo was clean, wonderfully appointed, and served us well for the days we were there. It is a first floor condo with a tub, so depending on your mobility it could work if you have some disabilities. Many thanks to the owners!
