Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for $385 per night is a great option for your next trip. The unit is located at the West end of the complex overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds. The unit has a beachfront master bedroom with an amazing view of the ocean, a 2nd floor balcony, king-sized bed, walk-in closet, two vanities, a jetted tub and a glass shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and lots of room. The third bedroom has a bathroom with a glass shower and a Queen size bed. Two bunks are built into the hallway providing easy access to the 2nd bathroom. Extra bedding is provided in the full-sized sofa bed located in the family room. There are TVs and DVD players in the family room and all bedrooms. All of the condo complexes located on Okaloosa Island are low rises, making the beaches much less crowded than other beaches of the Florida coast. We are located less than two miles from the Gulfarium, the fishing peer, and numerous excellent restaurants. The property was absolutely perfect! Beachfront property. Beach chairs provided, attendant was very nice. 2 pools (1 heated) was great if you didn't want to be in the sand. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very nice, called to check that we got in ok. Already considering another trip back!

Our stay was from 8-20 - 8-26-23 we contacted the owner last minute to see if we could stay an extra day which he permitted. Our stay was so lovely and the condo was situated in a low key area. My family enjoyed the beach and the complimentary beach service and the pools were really nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with internet connection. Over all I would recommend 204 for your stay.

Everything was great. The condo was very clean and had one of the most beautiful views of any condo I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed in hundreds. The beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We will definitely keep this unit on our list of favorites.

We've stayed at this complex before, but first time in this until. Kitchen stocked nicely, beds were comfy. I'll never understand why a rental doesn't have dressers in all bedrooms so you can unpack. The small bedroom had 2 small rickety nightstands, but that was it. A dresser could go in the closet so there would be a place to unpack. Could use some updates, but overall a good stay

I was a little apprehensive about the second floor unit having an ocean view. However the photos taken from the balcony were amazing. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There was ample seating at the dining table for all our meals.

The condo is in a great location! LOTS of room and beautiful view, clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, rags, and cooking utensils. There were extra blankets as well. Tv in every room. Short walk to the pool and the beach. The internet doesn’t work great, but we didn’t mind. Everything works as it should (washer, dryer, dishwasher.) We loved it and will definitely be back.

Overall it was nice. This unit is very outdated and needs some freshening up but it was clean and did the job! It could use better outdoor chairs and a new couch. Steps away from the beach and gorgeous view! I needed more washcloths in the unit and they were delivered to me within hours of asking. Communication was prompt. We had a great time! Thanks for a great stay! 😁

Amazing Condo
Our family really enjoyed our stay at Water’s Edge 204! The condo was very roomy. The owners were very responsive with booking and questions. The beach service guys were very helpful in setting up our group each day. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We are hoping to be back next summer.

Wonderful place for our trip
We loved the property. Communicating with the care takers was easy and they responded quickly. The room was very clean compared to others we've stayed in. We really enjoyed the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas at the beach. They were set up and ready for us each day. The view from the room was great. The little extras were also appreciated. Everything was the way the pictures show it. Thanks again!

Right on the Beach
We had a great stay at this property. It is located right on the beachfront and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. The unit was equipped with most everything we needed. The owners were easy to communicate with as was the caretaker. They even helped us out with getting some beach chairs since chairs don't get put out until March 1st. There were DVD's, games and plenty of sand toys for our grandchildren. Check in and Check out was easy. There are BBQ grills on the property and the unit has a crockpot and coffeemaker. The only negative is I do think the unit could use a really deep clean. I'm sure it is difficult when you have people checking in just a few hours after the previous folks have vacated. We had plenty of room and really appreciated having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We had a great time and would come back! Thanks!

Our first winter getaway
The best vacation we’ve ever had! It was perfect for us. Clean throughout. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Spacious throughout with a gorgeous view of the gulf and its white sugar beach! The smaller pool was heated and open. I recommend a eating at Stewbys located across the street. Fresh seafood reasonably priced...I loved the gumbo and colossal shrimp!

Perfect Family Getaway
As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and at home. It is very spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. We had 8 in our group. Very clean and well equipped. View was amazing from the veranda. Communication with the owner prior to the trip was light, friendly and easy. It was such a nice and relaxing weekend for all of us. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location, Sad condo
While we loved our first visit to Okaloosa Island, the condo was definitely lacking. We loved all of the space and the view from the deck but It was in dire need of a deep cleaning and an update. There was trash in several areas and the counters were sandy and dirty. Also, the kitchen pans and utensils have seen better days. The master bed while comfortable, was so wiggly we actually had to sleep in separate beds. There were many times we actually saw people smoking weed at both the grill area and pool. Loved the location, not the condo.

Great for Family Getaway
Overall this property is a great value. With a full 3BR/3B, a set of bunk beds and a pullout couch there's plenty of room for a large crowd. We cooked about half of the time and the kitchen is pretty well equipped but you'll need items like foil, plastic wrap etc. which is a quick shopping trip to the Publix just about 5 minutes away. The patio is shared between the master bedroom and the living room and can accommodate around 6 tucked in closely. The view is nice and overall we found the condo to be private and peaceful. The on-site maintenance folks we helpful and there are luggage carts provided for an easy transition from your arrival in the parking garage to your unit. The ice vending machine needs to be serviced but other than that everything went off without a hitch. One suggestion as mentioned by other guests, the bed in the master makes a lot of banging noise when you sit in it, roll over, or make any movement. We had to let the family know that what they were hearing was something other than what they were thinking lol. A simple metal framed bed would probably be better. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
