Good location close to city center. Nice, spacious apartment with many amenities. Everything very clean. We arrived bit earlier and the host let us check-in before 14 PM (thank you ☺️).
Only some kitchen staff was missing i.e. plates for 3rd person, but this is not very problematic. And maybe it would be good to add some bigger knife :)

Host was very responsive
Apartment itself is very tidy and well-equipped.
It’s a good place to stay and it’s fine once you get through the check-in process.
The check-in process is a little strange. The host answered his messages very fast, and gave me instructions to find a lady on the street to help with check-in. The lady was a bit feisty.
The alleyway leading up to the entrance is dark, so you should walk with care.
The door handle should be fixed.

The place was cheap and was reasonably clean.
It was in a rough looking alley way and you have to walk through some broken stairwell and ongoing construction to get to the apartment. The bathroom was smelly.
