We needed a place near our son and dil. Every other visit has been in hotels. This was so much nicer, more convenient, and cheaper! The home is huge with owners residing on one side and the other half is rentals. We stayed in the 2nd floor unit. Very clean, beautifully furnished, and all new appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and spices. Coffee and the works provided. Nice washer and dryer, towels, blankets, and pillows. We walked everywhere. You do have to park on the street, but it is a side street. Very quiet. There is a nice balcony but weather did not permit for us this trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Terry and Steve are fabulous hosts! The apartment is beautiful with so many amenities that I can't list them all. The location was perfect for us, central to all of the things that we planned to do while in the city. We found terrific restaurants close by, well within walking distance had we chosen to do so. We will definitely stay at this property again when we visit!

Steve and Terry live next door and so are easy to reach if there would be questions or issues. The property is in a very safe area of St Louis, and is well located to major highways and attractions. There is a fairly steep set of steps to access the apartment, so this might not be the right place for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. But for others the property is worth the climb.

My sister and I stayed here for a quick last minute girls’ trip. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The apartment is adorable and clean. We walked to Joey B’s for supper and felt safe doing so. Terry responded in a timely manner when I reached out to ask if we might be able to check in early, and was so kind to let us do so. We so appreciated the provided coffee. There are lots of other items provided that we didn’t need, but probably would have been grateful for had we stayed longer. We could only stay for one night this time, but I am bookmarking for future stays!

Nice, clean, quiet apartment. Great location for visiting Busch Stadium ($14 Uber ride). We had a fabulous dinner at Charles Gitto's. Highly recommend.

What a great location in St. Louis, close to all the fun things to do. Easy check in process, and we had everything we could ask for in this cute little apartment down on "The Hill". Would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment was as advertised and more comfortable than I imagined. Loved sitting out on the balcony porch both in the morning and evening. Local to great restaurants (Zia's a favorite), the Botanical Garden (sooo great!!) and the Zoo. We were there visiting family and would return again in the future!

This second floor unit was perfect for our one night stay. It was convenient to the Botanical Gardens, great restaurants (Pit Stop!) and the Gateway Arch. Check in could not have been easier. The flat had a well equipped kitchen for breakfast and coffee, comfy bed, blankets so we could relax on the sofa and a full size washer and dryer so we could wash our laundry. I would highly recommend staying here!!

We were new to staying in St Louis, so we made our reservations a bit "blind"... But how lucky for us that we reserved this lovely little flat in "The Hill" neighborhood! An historic building with our own a balcony deck, beautifully furnished, we sank into the incredibly comfortable bed, exhausted at the end of our first day. And then we looked forward to that amazing bed and feather pillows for our second night! The neighborhood is historically Italian, with very nice Italian restaurants within walking distance. (I enjoyed reading about the history of The Hill thanks to a super book in the apartment). Bottom line: we can't wait for our annual St Louis show next year, and we hope we are able to stay here again!

The apartment was super cute and spacious for my hubby and me. The upper balcony was a wonderful way to enjoy the nice weather, and the traffic at the 4 way stop was funny to watch. It was very convenient to everything we wanted, with no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive, and the "Hill" neighborhood was delightful! We felt very safe walking. The host was very responsive to us. We would stay again, and urge anyone else to do so as well.

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything necessary was there and even complimentary bath products and blow dryers. We had no reason to communicate with the owners while there as check in and out was seamless and no issues. The neighborhood was perfect, nice and quiet but close to everything we needed to get to.

I wanted to book on The Hill because I grew up there before moving away. We celebrated my wife's birthday Friday night and my son's wedding shower Saturday night. This property was centrally located and near our favorite places to shop and stock up on all our Italian favorites. The property was spotless and exactly like the descriptions. My only negative is the water pressure was not very good. But that was easy to work around for us. We loved the property, and the owners were great to work with.
