Located in Piney, this lovely house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Booking guest MUST be 24 years old to rent and must be present during entire stay. (State Issue Photo ID Required for verification) Renter must sign a standard rental agreement. $250 per night + Applicable Fees & Taxes. SUMMER & HOLIDAY PRICING Holiday pricing of + $100/night may apply to holiday and high demand dates. LAKE DRAW DOWN The lake level is lowered by 3-5 feet on or around Nov 1st and raised to normal level on or around Mar 15th each year. Arapaho Cove offers accommodations to those looking for a lake front getaway minutes from downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas. The cabin offers all the amenities of home in a peaceful lake front setting. The perfect weekend getaway destination, located just 4-5 hours from the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, Oklahoma City / Tulsa and 1 hour from Little Rock. Arapaho Cove offers visitors easy access to many activities including: - Fishing, Boating, Canoeing or Kayaking on Lake Hamilton and the Ouachita River. - Superb dining and shopping in Hot Springs. - Access to National Park and Museums. AMENITIES: - Lake front access, swimming and boat dock - Two (2) Queen Bedrooms with pillow top mattresses, Cottage with one (1) Queen Bed, Sleeper Sectional with one (1) Queen Mattress, Floor mattress available - Maximum Guests Allowed: 8 - Wireless Internet - Widescreen High Definition TV - Playstation 3 (Blu-ray/DVD) + Video Game Library - Gas Fireplace - Full house back up generator - 2 Bathrooms and an outdoor open air shower - Fresh Cotton Towels - Hair Dryers - Full size Washer/Dryer with detergent - Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven/range and dishwasher - 12 cup coffee pot (gourmet coffee supplied) - Fire Pit - Outdoor Gas Grill - Great views of Lake Hamilton from the decks - Sorry no pets or indoor smoking allowed (Please place all cigarette butts in bin on patio) Note: We supply all our guest with a starter supply of coffee products, paper goods, hand and dish soaps. Any additional supplies will be provided by the guest. SECURITY CAMERA NOTICE Our properties are equipped with security cameras to protect the property. All cameras are clearly visible, pointed out towards exterior entrances. All camera monitoring is turned off during guest stays. If at any point you are uncomfortable, do not tamper with cameras, please place a wash rag over camera and remove upon leaving.

If your looking for something right on the water and right outside of hot spring this is your place 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds this place has it all to where yiu won't have to leave to have fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of room and nearly every detail or need is already thoughtfully provided. Adults loved the porches, kids loved the vintage video game, and we all loved the swimming and fishing dock. A little dark in the kitchen and living areas for cooking and reading but it didn’t stop us from having a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Location is a little farther out but this proved to be a plus as we didn’t want to leave and go back and forth to Hot Springs a lot anyway - we came to chill and this house was perfect!

Nice place to visit Hot Springs
Nice comfortable home. Nicely decorated and great views of the water. We appreciated how well the house was stocked with the basic necessities. It was very comfortable and well suited for the whole family to rest and have fun. We all had fun playing the arcade game. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. The only drawbacks are it’s 30 minutes from Hot Springs, and not a great swimming spot.

Family Get-away
We all had a great time! The lakehouse is beautiful and well kept. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The vintage arcade game was a big hit! Swimming, fishing, kayaking, & fire pit on/from the dock was wonderful. Thank you, Chad! 😃

Great property! Very clean. Tons of small decor details throughout that make it cozy. Comfortable seating. Response time was very prompt from owner. Very flexible with early check in and late check out bc there weren't any reservations bumped up to ours. Looks just as expected from the video in the listing. Tons of things in the kitchen to accommodate cooking. Some yard games are there for use. Cornhole, horseshoes, a hammock. Nice grill. Property is a little far out in a more rural/off the beaten path area. No concern for safety. We just planned all of our "in-town" activities on one day, and stayed and enjoyed the lake and house on the other days. Be careful for wildlife/deers if traveling to or from the home at night. We had quite a few that crossed in front if our vehicles. Overall great property and owner was a great host!

Great weekend!
We stayed here for an extended weekend in November. The property is very nice and well stocked. The beds are super comfortable and we were well rested the entire time. Chad is likely the absolute best communicator of any place we've ever stayed! Chad answers any questions quickly so don't hesitate to ask. The Hot Springs area is quite beautiful. We went on two hikes and also hired a local photographer to take family photos. All in all, a great weekend!

Our daughter and SIL stayed with us for the weekend but we were here all week.
This was a comfortable place for the 4 of us. The jack and Jill bath made it easy to find an unoccupied toilet. The kitchen is spacious and had all of the equipment we needed.
We made s’mores on the fire pit and chilled by the lake and cooked steaks in the grill. We sat in the swinging chair in the sun room to watch boats passing on the main channel.
We enjoyed hiking at Oachita State Park and went twice to Garvan Gardens-once to view the gardens and once to hike the nature preserve. Definitely worth going to any time if the year!

Lake house retreat
Had a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying family!! Swimming off the pier during the day and roasting marshmallows in the evening while the kids fished off the pier were the highlights of our trip. Great vacation!!

The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The only negative I have is the outside garbage can on the deck was full of beer cans upon our arrival. The lighting could be better as it is very dim inside. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this property! It was updated, comfortable, and close to whatever you need! It was also gorgeous! I had a little mishap on the last day and the owner was super nice! I would definitely stay here again!

So relaxing & peaceful! House is so cute. Plenty of room. Fire pit on dock was the best! We swam and kayaked every day! Good fishing too! This is our 2nd time at this home. We look forward to next Year!

Secluded paradise!
Great place to stay on the lake. It's very private but conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and cozy. The decor is very inviting. I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck. I plan to return in the fall...bet it's even more beautiful when the leaves are changing colors!

Lovely lakehouse
Arapaho Cove was a great lake house for my family of 6 adults and 4 kids. The roomy deck down by the water was perfect for swimming and staying entertained in the water with the tubes, snorkels, etc. The house was clean and designed so well. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions that I had. We will definitely be back!
