Part of the Olympians Latchi Beach Villas complex, this collection of 10 exclusive Mediterranean-style villas is located in Latchi, Polis. Each villa features a private swimming pool and comes with either two or three bedrooms. The complex is adjacent to the Latchi Public Beach, which has been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag for its cleanliness and safety.
Take a short walk along the path just a few meters from your villa to reach the nearest beach restaurants, taverns, and bars. Shops and supermarkets are also nearby. While a car is recommended for exploring the area, it’s not necessary for enjoying the immediate surroundings.

We stayed for 11 days in the lovely villa. We found it very tranquil, the villa had everything you could need and was just as the pictures show inside and out. The maintenance staff were also very lovely. Cannot fault anything really. The beach just moments away was always so peaceful too. Very happy family, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Waren im Sommer 2020 bereits in dieser Unterkunft. Haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Für mich die perfekte Lage, ruhig, etwas Abseits aber fußläufig sind beide Orte Latsi und Polis super zu erreichen. Gegend etwas abseits des Massentourismus. Bei Anfragen an das Personal wurde uns stets weitergeholfen. Einzige Anmerkung: ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände sollten evtl. ersetzt werden. So waren die Liegen im Poolbereich bereits bei Ankunft rampuniert (Konnten nach Rücksprache durch andere von leerstehenden Unterkünften ersetzt werden). Teilweise waren Mosaikfließen im Pool locker, alles nicht wild, es sollte jedoch in den kommenden Jahren etwas Geld in die Instandhaltung fließen.

Our family had a relaxing experience and enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the beach, pool and property. Definitely would visit again.
