About this house rental
Located in Laguna Beach, this charming house for $99 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. One bedroom suite, attached to the main one level house with its own private entrance. Perfect for 2 people. There is easy free parking on the street or drive way. If you stay in town you don't even need a car; the house is located on a quiet cul de sac, walking distance to the village , beach and festivals. Free shuttle to the village in July and August. The newly remodeled apartment is 365 sq ft, there is a queen size bed in the bedroom and it is separated from the living room by a double door. there is a 42' flat screen HDTV in the living room, books to read in English and French. There is a well equipped kitchenette in the living room with refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave oven, induction cook-top, coffee maker, toaster, electric tea kettle, iron and board. You can enjoy the sunny back patio equipped with lounge chairs, dining table and a gas barbecue. The hiking trails starts on the foot steps of the house and are perfect for walking, running and mountain biking in the hills around. Relax and enjoy the chirping of the birds.

Olga was always available to answer questions by phone, text, or in person and checked in to make sure he had everything he needed. He enjoyed the proximity to the canyon trails and exploring the beach community and the beaches. The pictures and description of their place are perfect. Quiet, comfortable and convenient
Perfect for two people. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. The apartment in attached to the back of the house with a separate, secure entry. Plenty of extra bedding, towels, dishes and cooking needs.The owners live in the front part of the house and are most accommodating. Street parking available on quiet street in front of the house. We left our car parked most days and walked everywhere. Main Beach is a casual 30 minute walk through the heart of Laguna Beach. Great restaurants even closer. Challenging hiking trail at the end of the block takes you to the Top of the World park with even more hiking trails and fabulous views of Laguna Beach and the Pacific.

Clean, quiet and perfect location for us!
We are longtime residents of Laguna and recently moved away. We came home for the Holiday's. This rental was perfect for us! Seamless check-in. This rental has everything you need. The owners do a great job of creating a clean, and efficient space that is quiet and a fair price. This home is located within Walking distance to town and a perfect exit to highways via the canyon. We loved our stay and look forward to booking again when in town again.

Great location, Well-thought-out apartment perfect for couple
Olga and Jacques are very nice, and have thoughtfully set up a wonderfully clean and seemingly new apartment. Seems they remodeled/split a ranch home into their house and attached small apartment with separate entrance, and it came out great. Beautifully landscaped property and we enjoyed walks on their nice quiet street that dead-ends into a great Laguna hike. Very convenient to town too. Only suggestion would be some silicone coasters for bedroom nightstands..we were careful but bedroom furniture seems brand new, and mugs could leave rings. Bedroom good size with nice linens, and bath nice and new and had nice hot water. Minimalistic european feel to kitchen/living area but has all you need to cook/grill. We pulled table out to have more room to eat, and then pushed back into laundry machine to have more livIng space. Would stay again. No views from indoors, but back patio nice spit looking at landscaped hill. It is spotlessly clean, and reasonably priced too.

Charming apartment with all the essentials
My boyfriend and I enjoyed a week-long "staycation" in this apartment. It's fairly small, but works great for two people. We were able to prepare breakfasts and lunches pretty easily, and even did some grilling using the (super nice) grill available on the patio. I loved the hippy vibes of Canyon Acres, and that it was a little removed from the chaos and traffic in downtown Laguna. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Main beach, and about the same amount of time to access all the great trails in Laguna and Aliso Woods.
Surprise feature: the entrance is via the side yard, where the owner has some great landscaping. Even though we accidentally tracked a lot of stray petals into the apartment, I loved opening the door and smelling fresh flowers every morning!
If I could "staycation" here all the time, I would!

Can't say enough about Olga and Jacques... Super nice folks - they have their place nicely put together and are as welcoming and accommodating as they could be. Would recommend this property to anyone. Hiking right near by as well.
Laguna is a super cool town with a nice beach and great restaurants both higher end and the more simple fish taco style. Driving up and down the PCH is sweet and tons to see....

Wonderful place for a couple to stay in Laguna!
We stayed at the cottage for five nights. It was a perfect location in Laguna close to the town and the beach. The accommodations were perfect for two. It had everything my wife and I needed. We especially enjoyed how neat and clean everything was. The owners are very kind! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice Vocation home
My wife and me enjoyed our stay at Laguna Beach property for the month of Feburary .All rooms kitchenette, and bath room were clean. Propert was quiet and relaxing ,cozy place.
Propety owner, Olga and Jacqes made us to stay very comfortable.
They were very quick to response our questions and needs.

Well appointed cottage in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood!
Everything you need is right here, a well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and little living room, perfect for two! There is a small fridge, microwave and a cooking surface with only one burner but once you get used to operating it you are good. There is also a grill out on the beautiful patio (with a view!) and table to enjoy the outdoor area.
The neighborhood is charming and quiet, we heard nothing at nights in the little cottage. The surrounding views are stunning and you can walk to the art festivals and the Pagent Of the Masters literally less than a mile down. There is also a trolley that runs right at the foot of the road (two tenths of a mile) right thru the town. The beach is a mile and a half and if Laguna main beach is full just head north 3 miles to Crystal Cove. Close to all the action Laguna has to offer but away from the congestion.
The owners are attentive and just lovely people. We didn't need much but they were ON it when we texted. Damage deposit was returned before we even hit our first interchange on the way home!! We'll stay here again!

Excellent location to explore Laguna Beach and area. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to hikes and beaches. Unique canyon setting. Owners very easy to deal with. Very good value for the money. We would certainly stay here again.

As good as it gets
It is a pleasure to write a review, because everything considered, including our budget and our requirements, this fit our profile perfectly. Clean, well appointed, wonderful hosts, a mile's walk from town and beach, quiet, residential, secluded, deck, barbecue, great bed, big enough for our needs and budget.

Speaking from our experience only, we would not hesitate to recommend it. It is what it claims to be and we were not disappointed. If you elect to use a toll road, keep track of where you enter and where you exit, so that you have a record from which to pay the toll online within 5 days of using the road.
If you have never been to Monarch Bay, Salt Creek Beach, Laguna Niguel/Dana Point, it was our favorite landscape for relaxing and walking the beach.

Wonderful Laguna experience !
This lovely updated apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Olga and Jacques went out of there way to make these accommodations special, with bathroom amenities as well as kitchen supplies. Easy walk to downtown Laguna and the beach. Great patio area in the backyard. Hope to return soon.

Comfy, Cozy, Private
I loved Olga and Jacques' property! I stayed for 3 weeks, and it felt like a 'home away from home'. Olga and Jacques were very attentive, and checked in on me often to make sure I had everything I needed. Everything is outfitted to high standards and immaculately clean. The kitchenette has a coffee/tea maker, toaster, fridge, hot plate, and a washer/dryer. The bed is ultra-comfy, and there's also a futon, in case you need extra sleeping space. The unit is very private and comfortable. The best part is the short walk to the beach (about a mile), and the amazing hiking trails that begin at the end of their street. The Sawdust Festival is just around the corner, so no need to worry about parking...just walk there! The drive into Irvine or Newport is only about 20 minutes, if you avoid peak traffic hours. Olga and Jacques are kind and lovely hosts! If you are in need of a vacation rental, do not hesitate to stay here...you will be so glad you did!

Love this Laguna Beach studio
Perfect! Immaculate - cleanliness is most important to me. Just like the pictures. Air conditioned which was wonderful because of the unusually hot weather. Not all accomodations in Laguna Beach are air conditioned. Free city parking down the hill so walk to main beach is just ten minutes. Shops all along the way. May not be free in summer but much cheaper than meters. Everything you need for a carefree stay is in the unit.

Wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay. This was a perfect location for us, since we had things to do in San Diego and Newport Beach. The hospitality was wonderful, and the accommodations were charming. Perfect in every way.
