Beautiful Clean Studio in the most desired neighborhood in Laguna Beach, the North Laguna 'Tree Streets'. Large french doors open to a large private patio. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood, short walk to beaches and downtown Laguna Beach. Walk to beaches, Heisler Park, Whole Foods and local grocery stores, Farmers Market, dozens of Restaurants, bars, and Art Galleries, as well as to the Art Festivals during summer.

Love the neighborhood. Very low-key. Great coffee shop down the street called Jedidiah and three blocks from a park on the ocean. What more can I say? Great host I loved staying in Laguna Beach.

Our second Winter season in this charming location. The enclosed patio is private and well positioned to take advantage of sunny days. We've booked for"same time next year".
A couple of blocks to the beach, walking distance to the market but a very quiet environment.

Love the studio! It's walking distance to town and beach. Very prime location. The studio is nice, sheets and bed are super comfortable, and the outdoor patio adds a lot of space! Own parking and laundry on site. Dan was super easy to communicate and fantastic host. Thanks!
