Nestled in Gatlinburg, this lovely condo for $79 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This cozy retreat is close to the Smokey Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg. Come up in elevation to escape the heat and crowd of town. Newly decorated studio on ground floor, no carrying luggage up stairs. Corner unit offers additional windows and opportunity to view wildlife. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and hikers. Beautiful view of the Smokies from the pool area. Included on the grounds for your use are an outdoor heated pool (seasonal, closing approx. Oct. 1st), charcoal and gas grills, 2 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, game room (hot tubs, sauna and game room open year round), coin operated washer and dryer on second floor of building. Nest doorbell, Alexa and multiple USB's. Sorry, no children, pets, smoking/vaping, minimum age 21.

The owner of this condo saved our first trip to the area. We had rented a cabin that was terrible and she got us in right away and made us feel welcome. She goes above and beyond other rentals to assist in making your trip great. Gave great directions from easiest way to get there to how to use the TV.

Cute and super tidy condo. We loved the community swimming pool and hot tubs at the clubhouse. Seamless communication with the property owner. Favorite part was seeing a Momma bear & her 3 cubs ❤️ early one morning!

Kathy is awesome host and provided much more information than we expected. She is very welcoming! We enjoyed our time. The check in process is super easy and she made the place available way earlier than the 3pm check in time! The place is on the top of the mountain with pools, hot tub and sauna. We also saw bears around the property which was our highlight of the trip!

Top if the mountain views! Absolutely beautiful! Crazy road up l, take it easy. We did great and it was so perfect for us! It was so nice to be able to cook and go hang out in the hot tub after a long fun day! Kathy was a great host and she explained everything in detail so so well for us!

I was very nervous about the drive up to the condo due to other reviews, so I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the easy drive up!!! I do not feel comfortable driving up mountains, but I was not worried driving up to this condo. It wasn't nearly as intimidating as some of the reviews made it seem. The condo was the perfect place to stay. I loved that games were provided! Would definitely stay here again.

I needed a respite, and boy did I get one in this delightful place! Comfortable and safe. Quiet and just so relaxing. This place has everything you need for a good break away from chaos! Loved that I could see what I wanted to see in the area, and then return to the well equipped home away from home. Kathy, the owner , is very quick to respond. I think you should spend time here…a great VRBO!!!

We stayed for 2 nights, to attend our son's wedding. It was a 20 minute drive to the venue and that was ideal for us.
The location is a little off the beaten path, and away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg's main street, full of tourists.
It's on a high mountaintop, as are other properties in the area. The location is very quiet and ideal for rest. The unit is a spacious studio type, with a bed, living room, and open kitchen. It's a large enough room and perfect for 2 people.
We were advised not to use GPS to find the unit. We used both, the written instructions from the owner, and GPS on different occasions. Neither option was better over the other. It took us longer using the written instructions, because it was difficult finding certain landmarks or signs in the dark and sometimes missed a turn. Twice we had to turn around, because we realized we missed a turn. It probably took us an extra 20 min due to wrong turns. At least with GPS, you know right away if you took a wrong turn. So I don't think using GPS is worse. It's a matter of preference.
We would love to return to Gatlinburg, stay at this property, and spend more time to explore the area.

Great Place
Visiting Gatlinburg for my best friend's wedding. Stayed 2 nights. The rental was a great price for a condo. Plus it had a pool, sauna and hottub. The views from the mountain were spectacular. Would rent again.

It's about a 15-20 minute drive to Gatlinburg but is in a perfect location to get in and out of the national park easily. Kathy was a great communicator also. Overall a really lovely place to stay, is recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable spot near Gatlinburg and the smokies!

Great Access to the Park!
We spent two weeks here enjoying the beautiful Smoky Mts. Kathy’s place was perfect for us … we could pop right into the park without dealing with the Gatlinburg traffic. Her place was comfortable and welcoming and she was super about communicating with us! We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the Smokies!

Chalet Village Review
The host was excellent, as she initiated conversation every step of the way and her details were super helpful. Upon our arrival, the dishes in the dishwasher had not not been unloaded and put away. Also, the floor in the bathroom was not as clean as it should be, and the bedsheets and bed spread were wrinkled and not made very well. The top sheet on the bed was not tucked in either. We had to remake the bed ourself, which I was not expecting to have to do. The location of the unit was great!
