Our spacious first floor (no step) condo is a NON-SMOKING, NON-PET unit, with large glass patio doors and windows that open up right onto the lake from the living area and the master bedroom. We have one of the best views on the lake so come watch the sunrise and sunset from your covered patio each day, while blue herons fish from the water's edge; maybe you'll catch a glimpse of one of our resident bald eagles soaring majestically overhead! You can also relax in your private outdoor HOT TUB just around the corner from your patio. Or when it's chilly outside, cozy up in front of the living room fireplace while still enjoying the lake view. Dock space is available and the seawall is a perfect place for a few hours of fishing. A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill allows you to choose whether to eat in or visit one of our great local restaurants nearby. In the evening, step over to the fire pit and relax around a lakefront bonfire and roast some marshmallows for s'mores! We have plenty of comfortable gathering space for your stay and beds with quality linens that are fully laundered, from sheets to blankets and coverlets, between each guest. Guests will have access to all of unit 301 which is part of a 4-unit building. Garage space will accommodate 1 car, with outside parking for additional vehicles. Saturday mornings during the summer the Farmer's Market is open on the courthouse square; Sunday evenings feature various outdoor concerts at nearby Lake Shore Park.
