The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway.It was relaxing just what we needed. Kelly was so sweet and kind in so many ways, we even left some of our stuff and she mailed it back to us . Will definitely be back in the future.

Love the cabin. Nice dock, but due to low river generation, fishing was not possible (vegetation). Host (Kelly) was great and very responsive and accommodating. If your looking for a quiet getaway, close to everything, then this is the place! Oh, it pet friendly. My pups loved it!

Kelly and Chris the property managers were very accommodating; from our arrival to our week long stay. We were able to contact Kelly, and she responded very quickly. The cabin was perfect for two, had a small back covered deck. It was very clean. A separate deck led to steps, which led to the fishing dock. A good sized dock, plenty of room for four adults. We caught quite a few good sized rainbow, my husband caught an 18 inch brown trout: largest brown he’s caught. We will definitely be back.

Needed to get away from the San Antonio heat. Wanted to experience fly fishing for trout on a tail water. Dogwood cabin was the perfect place to experience this. Location was great and the cabin was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin on the river was so relaxing! The cabin is so well done down to little details. Our check-in was so easy and communication with Kelly was wonderful, we even were able to check-in early. We LOVED sitting on the back deck and watching the activity on the river. We were even able to sit through quit a storm and enjoy it. Thank you for such a wonderful relaxing place.....We will be back!

Clean and comfortable. Kelly the host was very helpful to us when we arrived. My husband is a stroke victim. Kelly helped to get him in the cabin which I truly appreciated. Our hope is to go often and relax.

I took my 7 year old on a boys fishing trip here with just me and him. This place was absolutely perfect. We spent every morning and night on the dock fishing. Everything was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again!

Fishing the little red for a few days and this cabin was just what I needed to recharge at the end of the day. Kelly was great!! Very quiet and comfortable. Central air was so nice. Bed was very comfortable. This property was as represented and very clean. A lot of love went into this little gem.

Check-in was easy. Cabin was cute and very comfortable bed. My husband caught many trout right off the covered dock while I sat on the private deck and watched. Cabin was well stocked--even had charcoal for the grill. Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was as pictures showed … clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin has a nice view and sits right on the river. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very accessible and made herself available should we need her.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is so neat and clean. Kelly was excellent to communicate with and helped us with anything we needed. We enjoyed hiking in nearby places and my husband caught a trout off the dock. I highly recommend this cabin and we are already planning to come back. Kelly

We’ve stayed at Dogwood Cabin over the past few years and always in January to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our host is so accommodating and always quick to respond to our questions. The cabin is beautifully appointed, clean and well stocked with all we’ve ever needed. The dock is a plus and one of the main reasons we’ve always enjoyed our stays there.

We’ve stayed at this property several times over the years during the off-season (January). The setting is peaceful, relaxing and serene. Our hosts, Kelly and her family, have been most accommodating and quickly respond to our questions. They’ve actually become like family to us! This cabin is always clean and well stocked. We’ve always enjoyed our stays here.

This was the perfect cabin for 2! Beautiful view, a little bit separate from other cabins, and very comfortable. We plan to return to this one! We loved the multiple sitting areas outside and the private dock. We also enjoyed the Josh Park Memorial Trail just a few miles away. This is a beautiful little gem!

This is by far the nicest cabin we have ever rented on the Little Red River. Perfect for 2 people! Owner is extremely nice & helpful. Cabin is very clean with excellent amenities. We truly enjoyed the quiet & private location along with the private deck & fishing dock. We even caught some trout! Loved Lindsey’s restaurant also. Would definitely return!

Amazing cabin, with all you need. We popped up a small tent for our daughter next to the dining table and she loved it. Personal balcony, 2 in one patio and a quick walk to our favorite river. The little red is cool and makes even a hot day cooler being down by it with a small breeze. Excellent hosts and definitely will be returning
