would surely stay here again

Superb location - close to the beach and train station. Lovely studio - clean and comfortable. Had everything we could possibly want. Very kind owner.

Very good

Very clean, well equipped, close to promenade and beach, close to city center, grocery store and train station. Parking is possible near the house. The owner gives a lot of useful information and is always available for questions.

The temperature is regulated by a thermostat - 18 at night, 21 during the day. It is impossible to make it warmer. It's not very comfortable when it's cold outside. Even though there was parking near the house, its price is too high (10 euros per day). Constantly working hood in the bathroom, which can not be turned off (noisy at night). Very steep - 60° (true Dutch) stairs - everyday climbing several times a day (if you are not 25, this may not be very convenient). A refundable deposit of 100 Euros (that is, you are suspected in advance), a rare case when booking. An old electric stove is inconvenient to use (heats up slowly).

Exceptional

I spent my first month in the NL in Zeehuis Zandvoort and I could not have chosen a better place. The studio is super cozy, clean and very well equipped. I felt very safe here as if I was at my own home. Arjen is great host, very friendly and helpful for anything you need. I would always come back here. Highly recommend!!!

Great Location, Well Equipped, Friendly Host

Great location! Clean room! Very nice, friendly and helpful host. Less then 1 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the railway station. Various snack wagons in less then 1 minute walking distance (e.g. Snackvoort). The appartment was really well equiped and had everything we needed, even some salt, pepper, coffee & tea were there. We could also sit in the front yard for breakfast or just chill-out. We will come again.

The old dutch house is a bit clairaudient, if the neighbours are loud. Nothing else to complain about.

Exceptional

Lovely little place just a few minutes walk from the train station. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a few days away. Nice touch by the owner to provide a bottle of water and a box of chocolates. We loved it and would definitely like to return.

There was nothing we didn't like about this place.
