Dock details: There is a dock along Grand Lagoon. Extra fees apply for boats and trailers. A $50 fee covers docking a boat, and parking a boat trailer for your entire stay. This fee is payable to the HOA upon arrival. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Condo is not beachfront, slightly louder area, un-lit pool area, scary old elevator. Stocked well with kitchen supplies and towels. Needs new bed and pillows.

We stayed July 29 + 30… check in was easy with the 4 number code.. was notified the second day that they would be coming to change the lock to upgrade to a 6 digit code. This was very hard to learn, if you pushed the buttons too hard , it would not open. It took another lock change and many attempts to finally be able to open. Apparently you have to push the number pad very lightly and fast. This certainly should not have been done until after our checkout. The shower knob is disgustingly filthy on the inside, the toilet was having trouble flushing. Worse of all, I woke up to water pouring on me from the air vent over the bed after there had been a brief rain shower. Not just a drip !
I understood that there was no Internet, but in this day and age, there certainly should be wi-fi. It was advertised as having a DVD player, which it didn’t. So absolutely no TV service or WI-Fi.
If you’re into coffee, then you are in luck because there were 4 different types of coffe makes available. One on the counter and 3 on top of the refrigerator. Will definitely not be staying there again.

Not the best, not the worst. The bed had two mattresses, an old mattress topper, a sheet that didn’t fit, and sunk down so bad in the middle. There was a stained mattress in the closet that my kids kept going right to because there wasn’t anything covering it or a door to the closet, had to replace the air filter in the air conditioner unit halfway through the trip because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the air wasn’t doing right. The vents above the bed dripped water all night which I get isn’t something you can just change sometimes but it was not nice having water drip on your blankets all night.. the plastic shower curtain was molded and mildewed and the hooks were rusty. We had to contact Vacasa to get those replaced even though they should have been replaced before a guest used it so it makes me wonder how much cleaning is actually done in there…

I love St. Andrews Park, and the quieter end of PCB where this is located.
A few things that the room said it had it did not have.
It said it had a coffee maker. It did NOT have a WORKING coffee maker, however, there were three NON-working coffee makers were present.
It said it had wi-fi on the paper in the room, but it did not work.
It said there was a DVD player, but there was not, so we bought one, bc a tv with no wi-fi or cable isn’t much to watch. We just wanted it for an hour or so before bed, but we had to provide our own.
Their light above the sink in the kitchen didn’t work, the ceiling fan above the bed didn’t work.
If these things were taken care of, it’d be great. I tried to communicate this to Vacasa thru the “help” option, so I didn’t have to leave it in a review, but got no response. :-( Hopefully the owner can see this and take care of these quick fixes, so that guests have everything they think they will have.

St. Thomas inn
The appts. was nice. The noise was a little annoying with the hammering trying to fix what the hurricane tore up. Felt save with the locked gates. Easy walking to different food places. The pizza joint was great!!! The bed was very high and not too comfortable. The bathrooms wasn't handicapped accessible, which was hard on me and my husband. The kitchen was cute. All in all it wasn't bad.

Ok, but nothing great.
It was a good location, but really needs some TLC, lighting is terrible, and one the had were like 40 watts if that. The floor had been swept, but haven't been moped in days if not weeks.

A lovely stay
Check in was easy, and everything inside was clean and tidy. All the comforts of home including kitchen, laundry, and bath. Beds were padded and super cozy. The complex was gated and peaceful with the beach just steps away. I have no hesitations about staying again.

This unit was extremely dirty. Furniture was broken. Rug had chicken bones and fungus under it. The front door was falling off. Drawer pulls fell off. The daybed was coming apart and the trundle bed was a accident waiting to happen. Kitchen chairs were down to two. One was broken in the closet. Usable ones were filthy. I would recommend this unit be either removed or renovated before listing again.

Outdated, roaches
The condo could use some work. The location is nice. A short walk to the beach or food. There is even an elevator, which was a nice surprise. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Tennis court looks sad and run down.
In the condo, it was pretty run down. The chair by the window is broken. The table was being held up with coasters. I threw away tags/trash out of the window sill. Otherwise, seemed clean. The air conditioner dripped onto the bed constantly. And onto the floor by the bed. The faucet in the shower was filled with mold. It didn't turn on right either. It goes straight to shower mode. Be forewarned, there is a coffee pot, but you have to go buy filters and coffee.
If you've never seen a Florida roach, you're in for a treat. We saw one in the kitchen. They are huge! The condo is salvageable, it just needs some work. I did not contact the property manager. We decided it was ok and just went with it.
