Hampton Inn by Hilton Panama City Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers the usual Hampton Inn good value for money and is conveniently located for exploring the area, especially with Saint Andrews State Park just a short distance away. What really made our experience special was the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. When she discovered that our reservation had been made for the wrong date, she went above and beyond to help us change it while keeping the original price. Her kindness, professionalism and willingness to help were truly outstanding. We are extremely grateful for her assistance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Good location and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is in need of a refresh. The hallways have worn carpet, and the doors are warped either from water other issues. I was surprised to be charged $10 for parking. I have stayed at many other hotels of this nature and never been charged for parking. It seemed like a random way to make a few extra bucks. The beds in our room were not made up very well, looking rumpled. The receptionist who checked us in appeared bored and tired of having to do her job.
