1. The staff are accommodating, friendly and values clients.

6. Food was delicious and had plenty of variety not just Filipino.
1. Internet is a bit slow. Had to use my mobile data since I worked from the hotel for 3 days.
2. The smell of the lobby, the corridor and the room and bathroom smells like chemicals (like a hospital). Its not like other hotels where the smell is pleasant/sweet. I had to buy lysol and room spray.
3. The breakfast buffet spread was good enough for the price however, it is a rule that the Manager should see to it that at any time it is always refilled and CLEAN (no spills on the side, etc). The condiments of the congee had spills. One day(July 11) the mains were empty (I had to inform 2 staff to refill), the bread on the chopping board was gone(not refilled), bread baskets almost empty, no fruits and it was just past 8am. Isnt this the job of the Manager on site?
4. My mom was also commenting on the shoes of the server because she was dragging it while walking and she was distracted. Since they keep on walking and most of the time standing there shoes should not be leather but should be "crocs" like as what kitchen or chef's use so it would be sanitary and more comfortable for them.
The food was delicious and we like it very much. Im glad you have a variety (malaysian, thai, etc.). Was glad to see Tee Tahrik. The menu for room service was diverse which was great. So you should improve the buffet area.
