Small room. Good for a few nights in Madrid.
The room would do with some fresh paint and proper cleaning. The check-in system was quite confusing for other guests we met during the stay. The location is quite distant from the city centre when the metro line is not working like it did during our stay at the hotel. A small refrigerator would be nice in the room.

decent value for money , the basics are fine,
a nightmare to access the codes for the doors, half a day wasted, some people living opposite say it happens ALL the time,
never staying anywhere else with this type of Q card keyless entry.
