Full kitchen and spacious living/dining room with fabulous view of ocean. Oceanfront Master Bedroom Suite includes a private entrance. For a small resort fee, guests are entitled to DISCOUNT at Golf Club of Amelia and use of Beach Club Pool as well as Tennis courts. A second Sailmaker pool is available with no resort fee. Sleeps four adults (possibly more with children) View fantastic sunrises and romantic moon rises over the ocean from the king size master bed room suite, the living room and both patios of this spacious oceanfront Sailmaker Condominium in Summer Beach Village. Located in Amelia Island’s most exclusive section, this newly decorated condominium is maintained with care by its Island owners. This unique flat includes a fully furnished kitchen (quartz countertops, Stainless appliances) two king size bedrooms, two full baths and two patios overlooking the ocean. Whether you are relaxing on the beach, enjoying the oceanfront Beach Club Pool and Snack Bar, walking or biking on Summer Beach’s scenic shaded paths, playing tennis, exploring historic Fernandina, shopping, dining or playing golf on one of many fine Island courses, you will find your stay to be filled with fun, adventure and luxury! Your Sailmaker Condominium is just steps from the Ritz Carlton’s activities and events! This is a non-smoking unit. Vacation Rental Amenities include: Two covered patios (one off living room and one off master bedroom suite), HD TV, free hi-speed wireless Internet, three cable TVs, VCR, stereo, CD player, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer. All linens and cooking utensils are provided. In addition to two king size beds, the unit has a Queen-size sofa bed that can be used for extra guests. This is our second year in Amelia Island and truly recommend the southern part due to the bike and walking paths. The home exceeded our expectations; the condo area was very quiet, and the location for walking and biking was ideal. We enjoyed ourselves at the Ritz for the additional amenity card.

1st floor access easy to get to.....easy to walk out back sliders right onto access to beach.....large condo and comfy furniture and bed....with preferred step in shower.cold weather was a downer....but still provided a quiet " battery charging time" to relax with ocean in sight and sound 24/7. Really appreciated the pet friendly ability too as our shi tzu discovered the beach and waves.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a property owner. She provided all the needed information and directions, as well as restaurant recommendations well in advance of our booking and was easy to reach and quick to respond when there was a minor issue. The property is perfectly located, beautifully decorated and appointed, lacking for nothing. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Sailmaker. The owners were great in communicating to us the details of our stay. Recommendations on restaurants and things to do were superb. We had a beautiful view of the beach. The condominium is up to date with appliances and furnishings. We even saw a Space X launch from the beach during out stay. I highly recommend this property for your vacation.

What a wonderful place to stay while on Amelia Island. We enjoyed being able to take daily walks on the beach via the boardwalk which was only steps away. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Brenda was very quick to answer questions. I would highly recommend this home for people looking to relax and enjoy Amelia Island.

Just a perfect place to stay we loved it so much we already booked it again for next year. It is in a gated community which felt safe and quiet. Lots of walking and biking paths nearby. Ground floor unit which was so convenient just go out the back slider and walk down the walkway and take the path over the dune and you are on the wide uncrowded beach. Takes maybe a minute. Inside the unit the beds were comfortable with a spacious living space. Brenda was just so responsive anytime I reached out with a question. She also provide great info about the area with a long list of restaurants to try. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach was a fun area to stroll through lots of shops and places to eat. It is about 15 minutes away. We are looking forward to returning.

My husband and I, along with our tiny pomeranian, recently stayed for 10 days in this conveniently-located condo, and it was a wonderful experience for us. The condo was beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. We are in our 70's and being on the ground floor was a plus for us because there were no steps, so we could literally walk out our door and be on the grassy lawn that lead to the boardwalk and beach. In addition, our hostess contacted us soon after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, and that meant a lot to us. If it is available, we will definitely plan stay in this beautiful condo again when we visit Amelia Island.

We loved staying in this condo at Sailmaker. The view was great and we enjoyed being able to walk right outside and view the sunrise every morning. Loved that it was all on 1 level.

Property was excellent, loved having the two master bedrooms, beach was just short walk across the boardwalk over the dunes that have many gopher tortoises meandering around throughout the day.
We are Amelia addicts and love this area with the easy acces to Fernandina and what it offers.
The only issue we had was the gate was not working, and no one answered when buzzing through the control panel. We eventually went through the out gate which had the arm missing. We are not sure if this was hurricane related or not as we were there right after Ian. Once we got to room and got the gate key we had no other issues.

We have stayed in this condo 3 times in the last 4 years and have enjoyed each stay very much. The property is always clean and the location is sooo good. It’s right on the beach. The owners are easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions, concerns etc..

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the property. Brenda was easy to contact prior to our stay to answer any questions and then to assist us with the checking in process. We loved the location! You only have to contend with others at sailmaker at the beach area. Great location for easy access to the beach with beach shower present for easy clean off for humans and dogs after the beach. The layout of the place was great with two separate masters and each their own bathroom. High top Dining table wasn’t kid friendly, but our toddler mostly stands during her meals now anyway so it worked out. Appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and even the toddler wagon which our daughter loved taking little strolls in. No tubs, but great to have hand held shower heads for easy showering and cleanup after being at the beach. Loved that we were able to bring our dog with us and enjoy a whole family vacation. Definitely will stay again.

It is the perfect getaway and we look forward to it every year...The condo is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. We are always a little sad to leave but excited to return the following year! If you were to ever have any issues or problems it is always taken care of immediately...

We love 202 Sailmaker! The location is great. Having two king rooms gives flexibility to our family. Ground level, close to reserved parking, and steps from the beach makes it the perfect vacation. Brenda does a wonderful job as host and responds quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the lawn for the grandkids to play! And, loved being able to see the ocean from the ground floor Condo! The weather was pretty hot during our stay, so it was a BONUS to enjoy a shaded pool area!

Highly recommend! Excellent communication from the owner,, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Nice furnishings and linens. A well managed condo and we look forward to staying here again!! All this plus a beautiful view and ground level access to the beach. We love this area and have stayed in many sailmaker condos. This was one of our favorites.
