This brand new 9th Floor Condo in Pearl Tower Mazatlán offers unobstructed oceanfront views of one of the most beautiful quiet beaches in the area from the living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom areas. Open floor with spacious dining area and living room. Sit on the oversized balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean, take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool, have a massage, sit in the sauna, or exercise in the fully equipped oceanfront Gym. Just imagine going to bed and waking up with the sound of the ocean. Or even better, watching the sunset from you own living-dining room and kitchen. Breathtaking!!! 24-hour security. There are restaurants within walking distance by the beach. This condo is located very close to the mall, cinema, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. There is no need for a car as there are plenty of taxis in the area and the cost is very affordable. Property wasn’t cleaned to our expectations. Bed sheets had worn out elastic on bottom sheet and didn’t stay on the bed. Had an initial issue with AC but manager addressed it quickly. Everything else was excellent.

The condo was as listed except Im not sure about the 1100 square feet unless your counting the balcony which isn't living space. All else in the property was spectacular. The view, the ocean, the infinity pool and jacuzzi were marvelous. The staff was extremely friendly and Victor was very helpful. The location was not so great as transportation was not readily available. The next time we visit we will rent a car. On the downside the 3rd night we were there a tropical storm hit Cerritos and the electricity was out and the wi/fi. The electricity was quickly restored but the wi/fi was out for our remainder of our trip
This certainly wasn't Judy's fault. She did het best to try to accommodate us but it was very inconvenient as we were unable to find new places we wanted to visit. It really helped to have the Mayan Resort next door. Since we had traveled Mazatlan before we went to places we had already visited on previous trips.
Overall it was a great trip and the property and staff are definitely 5 star. The wifi situation and slowness of transportation prevented me from giving it a overall 5 star rating.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The view was amazing. For a few pesos you can hail and take the green bus to the busy downtown area. There are places to eat and shop with a short walk from the property.
Gil was always available and willing to dispel any issues with haste. Though there was one issue we weren't told. That was to check-in at the desk for bracelets for the pool area. A very crabby man bothered my wife as if she was just walking our daughter through the private area from the outside. This same guard was a jerk when we were quickly trying to take our Uber. I don't understand the security issue of someone leaving property clearly with luggage for a flight. All the other guards were polite and gave suggestions to places to eat, etc.
Other than that. We really love the area. We highly recommend this condo, and we want to come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay in Judy's condo so much! The location is perfect if you are after a relaxing vacation. If you need a little more action, the golden zone is a quick ride away. The balcony on this condo is huge, and offers the best views, especially of sunset. This condo will not disappoint. Thanks Judy and Gill!

The unit looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The beach and pool were lovely. Unfortunately we were in a red flag the entirety of our stay and were unable to swim in the ocean. But the pool was still very lovely. Alberto was very kind to bring us many pina coladas. We were able to experience many of the town amenities as well as the shops and restaurants at Cerritos. Commute to the golden zone or centro was extremely easy. There’s a convenience store very close. La Antigua was also my favorite restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Loved this location and hope to be back in the future!

The condo is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was available. Restaurants nearby. Buses, pulmonas and cabs easy to get right on the street out front. Large swimming pool. Washer and dryer so we could pack super light. We needed a Covid test before returning home to the US and Gil arranged for a doctor to come right to the condo to administer it. Gill was extremely helpful as was Jesus, the concierge. We would stay here again. For the most part everyone working with tourists in Mexico wears a mask, so in terms of Covid, I felt very safe. We walked out to restaurants at night and the neighborhood seems safe with plenty of other people walking, jogging and riding bicycles. Bonus - a bus ride is 11.5 pesos and the green bus stops pretty much wherever you are and let’s you off wherever you want to get off.

Gorgeous view
Nothing beats being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! Cute one bedroom condo located in a very quiet section of Mazatlan. Condo was as described…. Only downside is the TV is in the bedroom not the living room so if one of you is looking to stay up a bit later it doesn’t work.
The beach is one of the better ones and you can walk the whole thing.

Luxury in the sky
The property is exactly as pictured although the pictures don’t do it justice! The views are amazing and the sound of the ocean is so soothing to me! Everything you need to have a wonderful stay! Judy and Gil were extremely accommodating for any questions! Then there is the pool which is amazing and the ocean just steps away! Just a first class property! I hope to return soon!

We only managed to get in 2 out of 3 months due to COVID. However Judy worked with us to arrange a mutually agreeable refund when we had to return to Canada early.We love this apartment it allowed us to safely distance from everyone. We walked the beach, sunbathed on the deck, worked out in the gym and only visited the restaurants that were adhering to COVID restrictions. All in all we felt safe grocery shopping and taking the bus as everyone was wearing a mask. Thoroughly enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful Stay
This was our second stay at this wonderful condominium unit. Judy answered all our questions before we arrived. Gil, the onsite manager, met us on arrival and even arranged for our ride back to the airport upon departure. The unit was very clean and we especially enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the furnished balcony each day. Security and staff were always friendly and the green bus schedule was quite handy. Lovely Condo!
Judy’s condo is a gem! Modern, clean, comfortable, well appointed, and very safe. The outside patio is spacious and comfortable with great patio furniture. The sun does not hit the patio until late afternoon so the mornings are very comfortable both inside the condo and sitting outside on the patio. Judy is readily available via text message or phone call for any question or concern. Her driver Gabino and property manager Gil are top notch! They are at the ready for when you need them.
Unfortunately we decided to cut our stay short due to COVID-19. Gil, Judy, and Gabino were there 100% to help and support us with our arrangements to come back home. We did not feel stranded or alone.
We look forward to returning to this condo again in the future! Thank you Judy for sharing your lovely home!

Mazatlan vacation
The property looks just like the pictures. Very modern, clean and amazing views. You go to sleep listening to the waves of the ocean and wake up to the waves of the ocean. Very quiet. We have been to Mazatlan 8 times and always stayed in the golden zone. Judy has a driver named Gabino who picked us up from the airport and then took us for groceries. Very reliable and nice young man. Overall rating would be a 9 out of 10.

Home Away From Home
We loved our two months at this property. So many properties you go to just have the bare minimum. The little extras are what gives it a 5 star rating and helps make you feel that you're not just another renter. A properly outfitted kitchen, tons of towels, beach chairs and an umbrella and the list goes on. The location of this property is great for beach walks, relaxing on the spacious deck or beside the pool and its great for getting to restaurants and all amenities. The bus service outside your door is second to none with buses running every 15 minutes. Great property. We're definitely coming back.

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Mazatlan Condo
Just loved Judy's Condo. Spectacular views. Comfort all around. Beautiful decor. Everything you need for a great vacation. The bed was so comfy and nice plush towels. Well equipped kitchen. The ocean was great for swimming and the infinity pool was so nice. Judy's property manager Gil was most helpful in making arrangements for our return ride to the airport with Gabino a very fine young man. This was our first time to Mazatlan and we really enjoyed our stay. The New Mazatlan and the Old Mazatlan has lots to offer. We felt very safe everywhere we went. Will we come back ? Absolutley !!!! And we would definitely love to stay at Judy's Condo again. Thank you for your wonderful place to stay. We hope to be there again soon.
